We arrived 3 minutes before they were going on stage, Felix ran backstage to meet up with his band mates. I tried to get close to the stage but there were so much people, didn't Felix say they weren't that famous? If this crowd were there for just them, I couldn't agree with him at all. Someone walked up the stage.
-Are you ready for House of a living corpse?!!! They will be the next band to go on stage.
People screamed and I could feel the pressure from people behind me, instead of getting completely mushed I got out of the crowd and stood by the side. When they got on stage the crowd got wild, they jumped, screamed and clapped their hands. These guys had quite a fan base. I didn't see Felix but no one had taken a seat by the drums yet, was he the drummer? He couldn't be, if he was, he would get a special place in my heart. The crowed got even more loud when another came up on stage, it was Felix, he took a seat by the drum set and my heart melted. He wasn't just the drummer, he was the singer as well! How did I even end up on his "want" list? I smiled and closed my eyes to try to keep the crowd noise out so I could focus on the music. They were amazing, like a mix of Dance Gavin Dance and Bush, lyrics were like bush but the sound was like DGD. They played a couple of songs, seven or eighth, I lost count as I found myself totally spellbound by them. Felix had been right, I didn't just like their sound, I loved it.
When they got off stage the crowd screamed encore several times but they didn't get back up. Suddenly I felt a hand slip in to mine and pulled me backwards. I hadn't noticed I stood by a door, more less heard it open.
-So, what did you think? It was Felix, he had the biggest smile on his face, his eyes even sparkling.
-Oh, umm.
-You didn't like it? He looked disappointed.
-No, no, no Felix. I loved it! But you took me by surprise. I mean someone grabbing your hand out of the blue is a bit scary.
-Yeah, sorry about that but I couldn't let anyone see me, I could have been in a lot of trouble if they did.
-You are quite famous, aren't you? I said with a smirk. Didn't you say you weren't?
-We aren't, but the fans we do have, goes crazy.
-I noticed, I said laughing a bit.
-Now I want to hear your thoughts, he said grabbing my hand once again taking me backstage.
-You were crap, I said while laughing hard.
-What?!
-I'm kidding, I said slapping his shoulder lightly.
-You can actually make jokes? That was a surprise.
-Ha ha, very funny
-Come on, you have to meet the band, he said taking my hand and dragged me along.
He introduced me to the whole crew, Liam on lead guitar, Sam on base, Travis on guitar, Johnny on vocals, and of course Felix on drums. Suddenly I felt my phone buzzing, I excused myself and walked away a bit from all the noise and answered.
-Emily.
-Hi sweetie! I promised I would call, hope I'm not interrupting anything.
-I think you know that already, I answered giving her a small chuckle.
-What do you mean?
-You gave Felix my number for a reason, didn't you?
-Oh, you figured that out..., she made a nervous laugh.
-Of course I did, you can't hide from me, you sneaky little monster, I said laughing.
-So, you aren't mad at me?
