I told her about the stalker and what's been going on. How I don't know what to feel about Felix.
-You know he loves you, right?
-Yeah, he told me before they went on tour... I didn't say it back though... I said looking down as I felt so ashamed.
-He knew you wouldn't be able to tell him. He talks to me a lot about you, you know.
-He does?
-Of course, you are one of the best things that have ever happened to him and I'm a very close friend of his. He has a past that's not fun at all.
-What happened to him?
-I think you should ask him that, it's not for me to tell.
-Ok...
-What about the stalker though? How old is he even?
-No idea, forty-five or so, if I'm going to guess.
-Damn, it must be awful.
-It is, I'm scared to even stay at home now, especially after all the letters he's sent me...
-I'm glad you are staying the night here. Don't want you to feel unsafe.
-So am I. I want Felix to come back so I can feel a bit safer. It's not that I can't take care of myself, but to have a stalker like that makes you want to go undercover.
-I understand that. The release party is next Friday, you are going, right?
-Of course, even though it's not my thing, I'm going. Are you?
-Yes, with Ana, you can come with us if you want, maybe it can make you feel a bit better, to not be alone, she said smiling at me.
-Sure, I haven't really met her yet, just seeing you making out with her at your party, so if course I want to go with you two.
-Awesome! Should we order pizza now? I'm starting to get hungry as well.
-Please! I'm starving!
We ordered pizza, put on a movie and had such a great time that I forgot about all my worries. Tina will forever be my best friend, no matter what and I hope she felt the same way.
-Tina?
-Mmmm?
She was almost asleep.
-Thank you for today, it's been such a nice day.
-Awww, I knew spending time with me would cheer you up some.
-Why am I not surprised?
-What do you mean? She turned to her back.
-I think Felix told you about what's going on and you knew right away what to do.
-Of course, I always know what you need when you are not taking calls, she scoffed.
-True, true. But I can never do the same for you because I can't take a hint, plus I know that if something was up, you would tell me.
-That's right! She said slapping my shoulder.
-Ow! What was that for?
-You, being you. She said and started to laugh.
-You'll regret that!
I took my pillow and threw it in her face.
-What the hell Emily!
-Oh, come on, can't give up now!
