What is happening now is insane. There's no other way to describe it.

Well, the good news is, is that Samuel will be trialled in court in two days, and I dearly hope he is found guilty. The only thing is, I have my suspicions, because he doesn't show the slightest expression of concern, so I'm worried that he will somehow be found 'not guilty'. Not only my instincts are the downsides, but Emily being a witness is not the best way to put someone is gaol, because she'll rave on about Shelly's death and how Samuel did it and how she could've stopped it and then her mother died and then she's left alone with her father and then this happened and then that happened and then some-

Okay, Joanne, shut up. Not only to mention Emily will get more emotional...and she'll most likely break into tears...then she'll have to somehow go to counselling and everything will all revert back to Shelly, where she'll rave one about Shelly's death an-

Joanne! Shut it!

Right.

Okay, so I'll be there and so will the Principal, who's so important no one knows his name, as well as all the teachers in the school. Michael, Jonathan, Josephine and obviously Emily will also be present. At the moment, I'm being held for interviews and have to answer a whole bunch of questions I have absolutely no idea about.

So, I guess we all have to hope for the best. Now, about Clair. Well, she died instantly...that's for sure. I don't know anyone who has survived two bullets, let alone one penetrating her chest. The worst part of it all was the reaction Clair's mum, Mrs. Patrick, had when she heard about Clair's death. She burst into hysterics, which is understandable, and continuously repeated 'No no, it's not true!' I felt as if I was diagnosed with depression just from hearing it. I don't think her father showed up though, which just shows his heart of ice. I have the most sympathy towards Mr. Roy, who had to say the worst:

"With deep regret Mrs. Patrick, I would like to tell you that your daughter was killed. She was shot in the chest, and died instantly."

As Mr. Roy said this, his voice wad quivering, and he burst into tears at the end. Mrs. Patrick will now have a large burden on her, and will probably begin to question the upbringing o her daughter.

As I'm waiting for some Officer to continue interviewing me, I remember how confident Samuel was when he addressed us before Clair was shot. Does he have that much confidence now? Because if he does...what else will happen?
