Chapter Thirteen

HEY HEY HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO WRITE IN THIS CHAPTER!!! I'm lazy :| i HAVE to get at least 3 chapters down today. If they are short ...I'M SORRY! I'm just having writers block today...BUT WHEN SCHOOL STARTS BEST BELIEVE I'M GOING TO BE SMARTER AND STUFF!

I walked to school.

Gabe always picked me up from my house in the mornings. I really miss him. Last night at the party I couldn't help but think about him. It would have been fun to have him there. He would have asked me to dance. He would have told me not to pull up my shirt, or to keep my legs closed. He would have told me not to drink because he cares about me and he doesn't want me to die. 

Who dies over a couple of shots of vodka? 

My school was a long way from my house but I didn't care. When I stormed out of the house this morning I plugged in my headphones so it didn't matter anyway. 

Before I knew it I was half way there. The sky started getting dark 

My phone started ringing and I picked it up. It was my mom.

"Hey mom" I spoke into the phone.

"Honey. I'm sorry about earlier. Your dad was just nervous and he didn't want to think about you having vampire friends"

"Mom, w-was he ever like that before?" I asked.

My mom was quiet on the other line. 

"Mom?"

"Oh honey it's nothing. Don't worry" she stuttered.

I stopped walking once I felt water hit my face. I looked up and saw that little droplets fell from the sky. It was a little windy and chilly but it didn't bother me. It actually felt good. 

"Sure mom. I got to go. Bye!" I clicked off before she could argue with me. 

I sat on a bench and waited for the rain to fall. It was only eight-thirty and I was already half way there. I needed to be at school by nine-twenty so why rush?

The rain started to pick up and eventually it was pouring.

I smiled and leaned back, letting the icy rain hit my face. I was wearing light blue ripped jeans, a I ♥ Dino's sweater and my old white vans. I switched my stylish bag for a green Jansport book bag and changed my phone case to "Paint the town red". Vampires, blood, red...Get it? My red hair was up in a lazy bun and I had my beat headphones. Perfect outfit for a rainy day.

I love the rain.

It's so peaceful. I wish I could hear the rain all the time. That's how much I love it. I unlocked my phone to change the song but then I saw the time. It was eight-forty five. I had to buy something on the way because I didn't even want to eat in my house. My dad was acting strange so I just left. 

Ughhh.

I stood up and ran the rest of the way.
