Peter would have laughed at how pathetic he looks right now. But he was to sad and frustrated to care. Today marked the death of Uncle Ben and his parents.

What a coincidence, they both died on the same day.

And to add to the happiness he is feeling, he was living on the streets with May.

They were kicked out of the apartment for not paying bills and rent. May tried to do everything. But no, nothing worked. Life seemed to hate them.

Peter would have asked money from Tony but he doesn't want to be burden. So... They chose the hard way.

May was also kicked out of her job. Her manager said something about being an insult to all nurses.

Ned and his mom trued to get them to live with them but both Parker declined.

The Avengers doesn't know about this. And they won't.

May was sleeping as peaceful as she can on a cardboard while Peter was on the corner curled up to a ball. Dry tears were on his face.

Sadness covering his once happy filled eyes.

He looked at May and smiled, at least he has her.

But Peter would never jinx it. As Parker Luck would destroy the moment.

He then smelt burning. He smelt smoke. He then looked up and saw a large plank was heading their way and it was burning.

So he woke May up and dragged her away from the plank. Leaving their stuffs to burn.
Leaving the only memory they kept with Ben to burn.

May dropped to the ground cried.

Peter soon followed May's steps as he too was on the ground now. Crying, bawling his eyes out.

Why could life be so cruel?

And to make things worse? Cops traced him, cops surrounded the two of them. The cops knew he was Spiderman. Knew he was the vigilant. So the took him away from May. The only one he has left. The only one who loves him.

Mat then started running, running at the car where Peter was trapped in. Her body gave up as she cried.

She lost her sunshine. She lost her hope. She lost Peter.

"Boss, I think you would like to see this." Friday's once announced.

Tony looked up from his tablet and looked at the screen playing in front of him.

"Spiderman or more likely Peter Parker has been caught and is now heading to jail, no custody, as he is a vigilant..." Tony dropped the tablet he held, Peter was going in jail?! For being a vigilant?!

And when the picture got up close Peters face filled with fear.

He kept looking back(Lets say there's a camera in the car) he stopped when a police shot him in the legs

Tony could hear Peter cry our in pain.

He heard glass drop from various directions.

He didn't need to look back that the Avengers saw this happen.
