Chapter 4

I stood there shocked not saying a word. I didn't know what to do and then I said something I instantly regret.

"Tyler you don't like me as much and I like you as a friend I know this game, look I'm not trying to get hurt so let's just pretend this never happened." I say and not meaning a word I didn't know what has gotten into me

Ok, fine and what do you mean you know "this game" he said very upset

What I'm say is i have know you for 9 years and I have seen the way you treat girls and the way you talk to them to make them feel special and then the next day date some other hoe. I say with so much anger in me.

He stood there in shocked

That's what I thought I said as I'm about to run off he grabs me arm and looks me in the eye very serious I have never seen him this serious before.
But what he said I wasn't ready.

YOU KNOW WHAT EMMA FUCK YOU, YOU DONT KNOW SHIT I SWEAR YOU REALLY THINK YOU DO. YOUR RIGHT I DONT LIKE YOU AND I WAS APPARENTLY ACCORDING TO YOU I WAS DESPERATE AND WANTED YOU, AS IF. He says yelling at me. I just stood there wanting to cry but I didn't because it wasn't that big of a deal. What the hell am I kidding of course it is. I get out of his grip and head over to where my other friends are and tell them I'm going to go home. At this point the suns going down and everyone just kinda looked at me and they know something was wrong.

Emma chill out what happened. Austin said worried

Nothing, nothing happened I just wanna go home that's all. I say holding back my tears.

What did Tyler say to you I can tell your not ok. Sadie says worried just like Austin.

Ask him, not me now I really need to go home. I say and just then Tyler comes out of the place where we had our "talk"  everyone looked up at Tyler and I can tell he was still angry. Just then I get on my bike and bike to the nearest drug store.

As I went into the drug store I looked around to see what I can get. I was a little hungry and wanted something sweet so I head over to the candy section. As I head over there, their was this boy he has dirty blonde curly hair and was tall. He sees me and gives me a smile.

Hey. He says

Hi. I say

Wait aren't you Emma.

Ya, how did you know. I ask

We have history together I sit behind you.

Oh. I say feeling like a complete idiot.

Hey, your very pretty. he says sweetly I start to blush at the comment

Thanks I say just then he asked if I wanted to hang out with him sometime of course I say yes and I put my number in his phone. Just then I see my friends right in front of me. And right there with this look on him face was Tyler. Shit I thought to myself. The boy I ended up meeting left and Sadie comes up to me and asked who that was.

Oh him...I ..I don't know apparently he's in my history class. I say nervously because Tyler is giving me a death stare.

I thought you said you were going home. Lucas says

I was but then I felt like getting something so I came here. Why are you guys here. I say

We are head to get some snacks we are having a sleep over at Lucas's house wanna come. Austin says

Umm... no I'm good. I say trying to sound convincing.

Well if you change your mind you know where I live. Lucas says with this warm sweet smile.

Well I should get going. I say I pay for my stuff and run out the door trying not to bump into Tyler.
