Alec's POV (a bit earlier on)
I decided to follow her as soon as the lesson bell went, I still couldn't believe that she was real. The girl from my dream, Kira. I walk casually down the hallway, knowing that if she catches me following her, I'm screwed. Quickly leaning against the wall when she turned around, I tried to get a better look at her face, but her head was bent down looking at a map of the school.
I think about walking over and showing her to her next class, but think better of it. From the shocked expression she was wearing earlier, I'm guessing she recognised me, maybe she had the same dream. Though if she did have the same dream as me, she would have seen my Father, and she wouldn't want to associate with me in any way. So instead of going over there and helping her find her way, I stay hidden, leaning against the wall.
When the Psychic Twins walk strait into her, I'm tempted to come out of my hiding place, but stop when I realise they will probably warn her away from me, so I compromise and glare at them instead. I see them stare at her for a moment, probably looking at her aura to see if she was worthy of speaking to or not. They don't usually involve themselves with many people, the school population doesn't mind this in the slightest, thinking they're weirdo's and lunatics. I know better though. So when the girl, Eliana, speaks to Kira, I'm almost completely shocked, but when the boy, Blaine, speaks to her, I just want to rip his head off. I have to suppress a growl when they walk off to class together, showing Kira the way around our school.
When they're out of sight I storm off in the opposite direction to they way they left, and head the long way to my class. When I got there, I knew I was 10 minutes late, but I hope Mrs Kingsley would not over react and just give me a warning, not a detention. What I didn't consider as I entered the music room, is that Kira could be in my class, why else would Psychic Twins show her around?
"You're late Mr. Demon," Mrs Kingsley said after I entered the room, "Sit down, and please don't make this a habit,"
Following her instructions, and walking to my seat at the back of the class, I notice Kira, sitting in the middle of two glaring twins, staring at me with barely disguised shock. I smirk at her, and slump down in my seat at the back of the class.
I don't really notice what Mrs Kingsley is saying, I was too focused on Kira. When I looked at her I felt something pulling me towards her, daring me to get closer, even with the twins there, I wanted to walk up to her and look into her beautiful blue eyes, and-
Mentally shaking myself, I try to concentrate on the teacher, forcing myself to listen to her rambling's about Music. From the corner of my eye, I see Kira turn her head to look at me, probably trying to be discreet while doing it. Abandoning my previous attempt at paying attention to the class, I look at her, with the fact that she's staring at me means I'm looking right into her beautiful blue eyes.
The pulling in my chest suddenly becomes stronger, like instead of a young child pulling me towards her, it was now a truck going 100 miles an hour. A thought suddenly hits me, what if she's my- no she can't be, she's too good. Still looking at Kira, I can only find one explanation as to why I feel this tugging sensation, and I don't think many people will like it. As I stare at her I feel a sudden need to be near her, to get to know her, so I decide that I will.
Though with the twins by her side, this is going to be even more difficult than killing death. Looking away from her, and directing my gaze back to the teacher, I realise that to get close to her, I might have to be... Good.
