"If I ever feel better, remind to spend some more time with youuuu" I sang along to the radio playing Phoenix as Will and I drove back to my apartment.

Okay, maybe I was a little too cheerful. Will looked pretty glum, but I was just too glad to be finally leaving the hospital.

"Hey Willlll! Smiiile a little!"

I poked at his cheeks, trying to press out a smile.

"Hey." he mumbled. "Stop that."

I released his cheeks and grinned at him. He stared back.

"How are you so lively?" He groaned, exasperated. "Don't you.. Aren't you angry? Don't you want to know who the shooter was?"

My grin disappeared and I slumped back into my seat.

"Sometimes, when happy people feel angry, they internalise it." I giggled as a thought popped into my head. "I'm basically like an angry vegetarian. Like, I am so angry about animals being mistreated, but when I see a plate of spicy chicken wings, I just internalise them."

William smirked a bit, and I felt my heart jump.

"You know how greedy that sounds, right?"

I reached over and pulled him into a hug, burying my face into his shoulder. I felt his arms wrap around my waist, pulling me in tightly, and I tingled with joy.

"I missed you." He murmured into my ear.

"I missed you too."

We pulled apart, and William looked into my eyes, as if he was staring at my soul.

"I was so afraid. I thought I would lose you, I'm sorry for being so... So stupid."

I smiled lightly, my gaze slipping to his lips, which were flushed pink from being bitten.

His face inched closer to mine, and I felt his gentle breath on my cheeks.

(This is inappropriate but he had been totally eating pineapples.)

Suddenly, before our lips could meet the door of the car was flung open.

"Quick! Get out of the car.. Oooh helloo there okay okay I don't want to cockblock but seriously it is mad out here!" Jordan rambled.

I looked him up and down. So apparently blue was the new pink because his hair was now silver with blue streaks, in a choppy cut which almost covered one eye. He was wearing skinny grey jeans and a grey blazer with blue highlights, complimented by a blue shirt.

"Oh god Jordan I love the new-"

"Yeah, I look great. I know. But there are more pressing matters at hand, darling."

William stripped off his suit jacket and pulled it over our heads.

"Let's run for it."

**************

The three of us stepped into the lift. Jordan immediately flipped out his phone.

"Okay okay okayy. I have your schedule! Fun fun funn. Let's see. Today. Aha!"

Will leaned over and peered at his phone.

"Jordan, she's only just out of hospital, can she really do that much stuff?"

Jordan laughed nervously.

"I guess now is a good time to tell you. Blake no longer owns Peyton Entertainment."

"What?! But he's Mr. Peyton himself!" groaned Will.

"Yeahh. So he may or may not have eloped with Greta. In Mew Zealand. And sold the company."
