Coraline's POV:

After I gave Chris, Ang, Ghost, Rick, and Ryan a hug goodbye, it was Balz turn. I smiled weakly and wrapped my arms around him.

"Can I talk to you outside for a second?" he asked nervously as he grabbed my hand. I saw Blade give me a wink as he led me to the backyard. We stopped in the middle of the patio as he ran his hands through his hair.

"You wanted to talk?" I asked as I paced a bit. "Uh, yeah...Core. I think.....I think I still like you. A lot. I haven't really though about it until I saw you again and no one knows but you." Balz exclaimed nervously as he inched towards me.

"I still love you Coraline." he said slowly as we came closer and closer by the second

I could feel my heart beating out of my chest as we inched closer to each other. My heart almost burst when our lips met. We moved in sync as he grabbed me by the waist to pull me closer to him. His warm body made me feel safe as I wrapped my around protectively around his neck.

As we pulled away, I smiled as he smiled back at me. "What the hell?" I turned to see Chris standing by the door with a confused and hurt look on his face.

"Chris-"

"No, save it Josh. Were leaving so hurry up with your girlfriend." Chris said coldly as he slammed the door behind him. "What was that about?" I asked as Josh ran after him. He sighed,

"I'll can't say. I'll text you later." he said as he kissed my cheek and ran off. I stood there for a second and tried to cope with what just happened.

A smile became painted onto my face as I entered the house and to me and Blade's room.

"Well that's a nice smile." Blade said as she wiggled her eyebrows. "Shut up." I blushed and went into the bathroom to brush my teeth. "So, did you two kiss?" Blade asked as she sat on her bed, hands on her chin and interested in every detail.

I simply nodded as she squeled. I laughed at her as she jumped up and down,

"Oh my god! Did he ask you out?" she asked, rushing towards me and shaking me furiously. "No, but he did run off after Chris got pissed for some reason." I replied as I plugged in my Ipod and turned on some blessthefall.

"Oh god." Blade said nervously. "What? What 'oh god'? What's wrong!?" I asked, rushing towards her bedside. "Core, you know what that means, right?" Blade asked as she looked me deep in the eyes.

Blade tends to overreact about a lot of things. She seems to know a lot about relantionships and guys though, so I give her credit.

"No, I don't. What does it mean?" I asked anxeiously. "Core.....Chris likes you." Blade whispered.

No, no Chris didn't like me. We are best friends. He can't like me. He knows all my flaws, my weaknesses, my embrassments, my insecurities, why would he like me through all of that?

"No he doesn't, Blade. Your just overreacting." I said, walking to my bed and pulling the covers over my body.

"No, Core, it makes perfect sense! That's why he wrote the song. That's why he wants you back, so you can be with him! Or he can just be aorund because he loves you so much. Oh my god, Core! That is so cute!" Blade said as she started to fangirl.
