When it starts to kick in

Chris's POV;

"Alright, alright, calm down Core! You're going to drop the phone if you run too fast." I chuckled. Core nodded and slowed down a bit.

Coraline said she had something really important to tell us, so we facetimed her to see what all the commotion is about. I hope everything is alright..

"Okay, ready?" Core asked us excitedly. We all nodded as she opened a door and walked into a room. We all sat there in shock,

"B-Balz..you're-"

"Awake. I know." He laughed lightly. Core said next to his bed and smiled excitedly, "Isn't it great!? He's awake! He's finally awake!"

"And the doctors said that I can leave the hospital and get back at everything in about three weeks. Just before you guys get back from tour." Balz replied happily. "T-This is great!"

"Yeah, glad to see you're back, Balz." Ghost replied. The guys and I all agreed,

"Well we have to go tell Tyler and the guys. We'll face time you guys again after the show." Core assured. We all nodded,

"Great, bye guys." Angelo smiled and hung up. We all sat back and took it in,

"Wow."

"He's awake-"

"And after three months..just.." We all spoke up, basically finishing each other sentences. "And he's alone..with Coraline." I whispered to myself. I heard a groan beside me.

"You're still on that Chris?" Ricky asked, a bit annoyed. I shrugged, "Well.."

"It'll be fine, Chris. Trust me. Core just wants to be there for Josh. They can be friends too you know." Ricky responded and went to his room. I sat there and sighed,

"Yeah..I guess they can."

Coraline's POV;

"Alright, Tyler and the guys are on their way over now." I said, sitting back in my usual spot. Josh smiled,

"Nice, I finally get to see them after..after-"

"Three months, Josh." I said silently. He nodded, "Yeah, three months.."

We sat there in an uncomfortable, upsetting silence until Josh spoke up again,

"So, you came here. Everyday..for three months?" He asked in disbelief. I nodded, drying my eyes a bit.

"Well yeah, I wanted to be here when my best friend woke up, and I was. I just-..I wanted to be here for you, Josh. Like you have been for me." I sniffled. He motioned for me to come and hug him. I excepted and threw my arms around him, silencing crying on his shoulder. He stroked my head in comfort,

"Thank you." He whispered and dried my tears. "For everything."

I cracked a small smile, "No problem."

"Three months...and he is finally awake." Tyler whispered beside me as we raced to the hospital. I nodded, leaning my head back on the head of my seat,

"To be completely honest, another month and I thought he never would." I responded. He nodded, "Now all we need is to focus on Coraline to reenergize and well be back to normal." He laughed. I gave him an odd look,
