I was on floor 20 restocking my potions, crystals, ingredients for custom jutsu enhancing spells and potions, ect. I’d just seen Kirito being dragged into a bar by a small guild, whom he said he’d saved. Typical. Kirito’s always been the hero type. I heard harsh whispers surround me as I walked over to the food cart, I’m sure Kirito never had it, people always whispering about him, and crowds always parting for him, either in awe or in fear, or sometimes both. He made a huge deal of keeping his identity secret, and never revealing that he’s a beater, but with my looks I can never pull it off. Though I can at least know how to hide my stats health bar, unique chakra bar, ect.

I bought a few apples and sat down at the fountain in the center of the plaza. They never were able to capture the flavor of apples, but I’ve forgotten what they taste like so it doesn't matter anymore.

Honestly I’ve forgotten lots, if not too much, about the real world, but who can blame me? Other’s have unknowingly forgotten plenty too, but they always have their bodies to look at and remind them, this world isn’t real. On the other hand I never transformed back to my actual body so I only have my memories to remind me, but memories fade if not triggered, and there’s nothing to trigger them for me.

I’ve even forgotten what I actually look like, and what kind of life I had. I know I had really long hair like that Asuna girl, but darker I think, and that I went to college, I think it was prestigious or something, but that’s it. I’m not even sure if I had a family, though recently the thought has kept appearing in my head, that I had an older brother named Itachi who killed my entire clan, sorry I mean family, just to test his skills. I know that’s not true though, that’s Sasuke’s sob story.

Laughter interrupted my thoughts and I glanced over to the nearest tavern to see if it was Kirito, but what I saw was impossible, it couldn’t be, there was no way! Memories flooded my mind as I placed my apples in my bag, and walked hurriedly over. They’d become a guild from the looks of it, and they’d used the Uchiha clan symbol, as their guild symbol.

When I got over to the table the laughter abruptly stopped, and one of them said, his voice just as I remember, “I told you someone would rat us out to him. Look man we don’t want any trouble we only used your mark since a friend of ours–”

“Is that really you Will?” I asked startled, it couldn’t be, but I had to ask.

“Well my name is Will, but how does Sasuke Uchiha know it? Did I become famous or something?”

“No, err . . . kind of, come on lets go to my house it’ll be safe to talk there.”

“Do you think I’m going alone with you anywhere!? What about my guild bastard!?”

“I want them to come too, let’s go.”

At my apartment we all sat down and began to talk.

“I owe you all an explanation don't I?”

“Duh, of course you do!” The youngest girl in the group blurted.

“Calm down Lena, before I can tell you my tale, I must tell you of my true identity.”

“True identity?” The tallest guy in the group said.

“Yes, Dan, my true identity. My name is Ayame Yami.”

They all gasped, and one muttered, “B-But there’s no way, you look nothing like her . . .”

“Cameron, here I’ve got proof” I pulled my mirror from my inventory, “Don’t look directly at it instead look at its reflection.” I pointed it so that they could see me in the little magical object, the true me, when they looked at another mirror.
