Olivias pov:

I run into my room and quickly walk over to my closet to check if i have any "cute" clothes.
As I expected, I didn't have anything cute so I just grabbed something casual.

I grab a black shirt and some black leggings with a dark grey cardigan. It's not great but I guess it's okay. I don't describe myself as a person with a nice fashion sense.

I suddenly get a call. I check my phone and it's Jonah.

Oh no.

I click accept.
"Hey! Jo ,what's wrong", I say trying to sound casual.

"Nothin much, what are you doing?", he replies, I can feel him smiling at the other side.

"Uhhh nothin to be honest just bored as I always am".

"Cool, cool, hey I was just wondering if you wanted to come over for a movie night because it's Friday today".

"Movie night....hmm oh yeah about that...uh...".

"Is something wrong? Are you hiding something from me?", he says with a little suspiciousness in his voice.

"Colbyaskedmeoutonadate", I blurt out.

"Wait WHAT!", he yells.

"That's Great!".

"Really! You don't mind? You're not upset?!", I reply totally confused.

"Nope! I'm happy for you!".

"OMG OMG THANK YOU JONAH! OKAY I GOTTA GO NOW BYE", I yell and turn my phone off.

I can't believe Jo didn't mind. He didn't really like Colby but I guess he doesn't care.

SKIP TO 7 O CLOCK

Colby should be here any minute!
I seriously can't believe he's taking me out on a date? This seriously has to be a dream.

DING DONG

I rush downstairs and open the door. Standing right in front of me is the one and only Colby Brock. 

"You look beautiful", he says with his cute, boxy smile.

"Thanks...uh..you look...cute too..um sorry I mean..um", I stutter turning slightly red.

"Listen, I know you're shy or scared but don't worry, everything's going to go well", he says kindly.

"Well I hope so", I reply giving him a small smile.

He holds my hand and takes me to his car, opening the door for me. How on earth is he such a gentleman.

TIME SKIP

We both get out of the car and walk into a restaurant. He talks to one of the waiters and he takes us to a small booth, only for couples.

"So, what would you lovely couple like to have on this fine evening", the waiter says while he gives us two menu's.

"I'd like to have some pasta and...", Colby says as his eyes glance over to me.

"Umm...I'd like to have a quesadilla".

"Great choices, your food will arrive in about 10 minutes", the waiter says with a huge smile on his face, and walks away.

"Hmm....10 minutes? Don't they need more time?" I ask Colby.

"Well, maybe they just wanna be nice to a beautiful couple like us", he says as he stares at me with his light blue eyes.

I chuckle and we both wait for our food.                                                                                             
While we eat, Colby starts flirting with me and starts to give me these romantic glances which makes me fall for him even more. I swear he can't be one of those "bad boys/jocks" because he acts like a total gentleman and he's just so sweet. 

After we finished eating, we walk back to his car and he drives me back home.               
After about 10 minutes, he parks his car in my driveway and looks at me.

"Listen Olivia, I know you might think that you're one of those chicks i take out on dates but, i swear you're more than that", he says not breaking eye contact.

"I understand", I say giving him a nod.

He sighs in relief and looks at my eyes, then my lips. Oh god, don't tell me he's going to kiss me. I haven't kissed a boy since 8th grade.                                                                         
He looks back at my eyes and then my lips again, he slightly smiles and starts to lean over to my seat. There's no turning back, I guess I need to kiss him.                                                               
He gently holds my head and places his lips onto mine. The kiss is full delight and devotion, something I wanted to feel.

He lets go and smiles while he sits back onto his seat.

"Well.....I guess I'll see you on Monday", I say blushing.

"Can't wait", he says.

I get out of his car and walk over to my house. I give him a wave and walk inside.                   
 I can't believe i kissed the most popular guy in school, and the things he said to me was heart warming. He was extremely better than i thought............................
