OLIVIA'S POV:

While I walked down the crowded school hallway, I saw many faces turn towards me and give me cute smiles. I guess this is how it feels like when you're dating the most popular guy at school. To be honest I felt very uncomfortable as I'm the girl who doesn't usually get stared at.

I suddenly feel a large and warm hand hold my small, delicate one.

"Hey Olive", Colby says giving me a sincere smile.

"Oh, Hi!", I chuckle. "Why are all these people staring at me?".

"Oh forget about em, they're just jealous or surprised that a beautiful girl like you is dating a hot guy like me", he says proudly. I laugh and we both head to the library.  

We both plan on sitting at the back as it was much quieter and comfortable. While we start working on our assignment that Mr. Stevenson assigned us, I felt Colby's hand on my thigh. I didn't really mind but after some time he slowly started to make small circles with his thumb, on my thigh. If this meant he wanted to go all the way, I don't think I would agree because it's still too early.I slightly move my thigh away causing him to immediately take his hand off of my thigh.

TIME SKIP TO LUNCH

When we reach the cafeteria, I notice Jonah talking to Christina. But before I could say anything Colby pulls me over to his friends/Jocks table.

"W..wa..wait Colby, why aren't we going over to Jonah and Chris?", I say looking back at them.

"Ugh come on Olivia, you need to become more socially open, you sometimes need to stay away from your friends once in a while", he says as he sits me down in front of his friends. I nod as I can't say no to him. 

While he introduces me to his friends, all of them give weird glances to each other ,and start smirking and giggling. Colby notices and gives them a glare causing them to clear their throats and act normal.

"What's so funny?", I ask looking at them with a confused look.

"Oh don't worry, it's nothing, they don't know how to act in front of a girl", he says pulling me closer to him. I smile, and start talking and I guess "socializing" with them.

While I eat my lunch, I look behind me and see Jonah looking at Colby with eyes full of hatred. Jonah should really calm down, Colby is a great guy and he should understand that. Maybe Jonah thinks Colby is trying to steal me from him, but I highly doubt it.

After finishing my lunch, I get up from the table to go over to Jonah and Christina's, but Colby grabs my hand and slightly pulls me back down.

"Wait Colby, let me talk to them for some time, I already spend a lot of time over here", I say getting back up again.

He pulls me back down, holding my hand tightly, "Please stay, I don't want you to leave me".

There was something about that sentence. His voice said something, it sounded like he actually needed me. His voice wasn't too loud nor too quiet, he didn't sound angry or sad. His eyes looked like he really wanted me to stay. So I slowly smiled and sat back down.

"Sorry....", I reply feeling guilty.

"It's okay", he says rubbing my back and kissing me softly.

I smile and look behind me one last time, only to see that Jonah and Christina are gone.................................................
