Chapter 1 ( The Beggining )

"You look beautiful as ever"I heard a voice from behind me and my body instantly shivered,then relaxed when i felt him touch my shoulders with his warm palms.

I smiled for a second then turn to face him and those beautiful blue eyes of his were staring right through me.

"You don't look so bad yourself"i said teasingly as he leaned in closer to me "Ohhh...thank you for the compliment no one ever told me that before"he stated still close to my face.I arched an eyebrow confused if what i heard was right "Haha...ok alot of people tell me that all the time" he said as he inched a bit closer "but i really appreciate it if a beautiful lady such as yourself told me that" I instantly blushed and i felt like my whole body was frozen into place.

We stayed like that for almost 5 mins,Him still staring so closely at me. "Would you like to have a dance with me?"He asked while moving a bit away from me and offering me his hand.

I gladly accepted his offer to dance and as soon as you know he was already leading me towards the dance floor.

We dance slowly and loose together,It felt so good to be in his warm and muscular arms while the slow music was playing in the background.

"Hey princess"I heard him whisper to my ear."Don't ever leave my side"

I looked into his eyes that was begging me to say the answer that he wanted to hear."Devan" i replied"I would never ever ever leave you."

His expression was priceless when he hear those words come out of my mouth.

He leaned in closer to me,His eyes looking into mine to then look at my lips that was ready for a kiss.His lips was just inches away from mine,"I love you"He said before he started to close the gap between us.

Just before when our lips could meet a loud bang was heard three times making my ears hurt and making me scream "Owww...!!! Make this stop!!" I looked at devan who was right in front of me his face and body was slowly fading away with the dance floor.

I kept on screaming till i woke up in my bed and my alarm clock was ringing non stop.So I quickly stopped my alarm and looked at my phone and it was 8:46 am i am so late for work.
