It's been a year since my father opened his company and my 14th birthday is coming up.
I'm starting school as well on September 6th and my birthday is September 14th.
But I'm still a week away from school, at the same time I'm nervous because I don't know if Dahyun and I are going to be in the same class or not.

Two Weeks Later
It's a day before my birthday and I'm excited because my dad said we were going to have guests.
The reason that I'm excited is that every time we have a guest they bring me presents and surprises.
It's also exciting because I get to dress up.
*knock knock*
"Come in~"
"Y/N, dad wants to see you," says my brother, Jackson.
"oh.. ok, tell him I'm coming in a minute"
"ok"
What did I do know?
I quickly put on my slippers and go to his office
(btw they moved since they needed a bigger house and they're kind of rich now)
"Um... Did you want to see me, dad?" I knock since his door was wide open.
"Y-Yeah um... I need to talk to you about something serious" He says in a nervous tone.
"W-What is it?" I ask worriedly.
"I... I need you to be very formal tomorrow, the Min family are our guests tomorrow and they are an important family I'm working with right now" he says more confident now.
"Oh! Ok, thanks for letting me know" I say back. "I'll be going now goodnight"
I head to my room and sighed.
The word Min somehow sounds familiar.

Next Morning
"Ahh! Happy birthday to me!" I say to myself as I get up and stretch.
It's also an important day!
I head to the bathroom and take a shower, then head downstairs for some breakfast.
"Good morning Mom," I say and kiss her cheek.
"Oh good morning sweetie, happy birthday as well"
"Thank you~ So... what's for breakfast?" I ask and thank her.
"Your favorite, pancakes and some strawberry milkshake"
I gasp "OMG really?!"
"Yes"
"Thank you so much!"

After I eat, I get up and wash my dishes, "So... dad, what time is the Min family going to come?"
He stays quiet for a moment before saying, "Around 4 or 5 pm"
"Oh, so I have time" I whisper to myself.
"Time for what?" My mom asks.
"Oh, Dahyun and I were going to hang out at the mall later, to buy the outfit I'm going to wear today" I answer.
"Is it a dress?" she asks
"I don't know, do I have to wear a dress?"
"Yes, it's formal attire"
"Oh, ok then"
"I leave in 20 minutes by the way"

3:30 pm
"I'm back!" I yell as I close the door.
I head upstairs and get ready.

I put on very little makeup and then go down right when there's a knock on the door.
"I'll get it!" I yell.
"Welcome," I greet the family and bow.
"Oh! Are you Y/N?" The women ask.
"Yeah"
"Oh happy birthday, dear, you're really beautiful~," She says as she hugs me and then gives me a box.
I smile.
"Thank you"
My dad and mom then come down. My siblings are over at my Aunt's house having a sleepover without me.
My parents invite them in and sit at the dining table while I excuse myself and go leave the box in my room.
They look familiar... like Yoongi from BTS!! No... it can't be...
I erase all my thoughts and leave my room.
I come back down and hear them talking.
"So, when is the wedding?" I look at my parents confused.
"Oh, a-about that... we haven't talked to our daughter about her marriage yet," My mom says.
