Bully

Chap. 1- Beginning

Jackie's POV:

"C'mon, it will not be so bad..." My dad said as I shoved my head further under my covers.

Today was my first day at high school. I gulped, and shuddered. My dad was losing his patience now. The covers were thrown off of me, and the pillow was thrown to the other side of the room. I sulkily got up. My dad gave me a smile, satisfied at getting me to wake up, and he left my room, closing the door. I frowned, and walked to my closet, throwing the door open. I lazily grabbed a teal, long sleeved looking tee, a silver scarf, blue skinny jeans, and my new brown boots. Pulling it all on, I walked to my bathroom and applied some light eyeliner, mascara, and lip-gloss. I sighed, flicked the lights off, grabbed my prepacked backpack (it was leopard design, made by p!nk.), and jogged down the stairs. My mom and dad were in the kitchen already eating breakfast. I grabbed a piece of toast and gulped it down with some orange juice. My mom engulfed me into a hug. She then waved goodbye with my dad as I found myself walking to the bus stop. I sighed and trudged towards the corner, seeing a girl and all her friends already there. As I walked up the looked me up and down and started whispering. I looked away, and the bus finally came a few minutes later. They went on first, then I climbed on after them. I glanced around, seeing a lot of people I didn't know. As I was looking around I heard people whisper. I blushed and started to walk. I spotted a seat at the back next to a girl with crimped blonde hair and pale blue eyes. I started making my way towards her, since it was the only open seat. Just then I fell down, pretty much on my face. I blushed a heavy red, and looked up to see four boys. One had a single, black lip piercing with a blonde, upwards hairstyle. The second one had curly hair, and a bandana on his head. The third had jet black hair, and was pretty tan. And the last one, the one laughing and high fiving the others, had PURPLE hair with a black lip piercing and an ear piercing. They looked over at me, and smirked. The one with the blonde hair said, "What, you aren't even going to defend yourself? Weak." I looked down, upset, until the girl I had seen earlier was next to me. She looked at them all. "Guys, just because you can't get a girl, doesn't mean you have to pick on one. Geez." Gasps were heard all around as everyone became quiet. Then she grabbed my wrist and pretty much dragged me to her seat, leaving the four in awe. We sat back down and she turned to me. "Hi! I'm kim. Are you that new student, Jackie?" I nodded. She npdddd, And said, "Everyone knows about ya! You're the talk of the school! And yeah, we know you can't talk... That's why the four idiots over there targeted you." She pointed to the one with curly hair. "That's Ashton Irwin." She pointed to the one with the blonde hair. "That's Luke..." She then pointed to the tan one with black hair. "That's calum..." And she finally pointed to the one with purple hair. "And that's Michael. They're pretty much the most popular people in our school..." I nodded. "I think you already know this, but be warned. They are not at all friendly." I giggled And nodded. Just then, with a jolt, the bus stopped and I looked out the window. We were already there. Kim and I got up. We started walking towards the door. I was on the last step, kim waiting for me, and then I felt an arm shove me back a bit. I looked up and saw Luke. I gulped, and stayed where I was and let them all pass, and then I got off. Kim rolled her eyes, reached out, and flicked Luke in the back of the head. We gigged as he turned around. Scowling. He glared at kim, then walked off with his other friends. I walked in the doors of the school with kim, and she led me around a few twists and turns, leading me to the office to pick up my schedule. I walked into the office and smiled at the secretary when she smiled at me. I read the name plaque on her desk. Mrs. Stacey Ellis. I waved, and she seemed to know what I was here for because she held up a finger and walked to the back before kim and I could speak. She returned a few moments later with a piece of laminated paper. I took it and nodded, walking out of the office. Kim looked at it over my shoulder. "Oh cool! You have your first 2 core classes with me, including lunch and break. The. You have 2 classes with Michael, 1 class with Luke, and one class with Ashton and Calum, then Your last class is with everyone. Nice!" I nodded agreeing. At least I didn't have all my classes with them... Then the bell rang and kim motioned for me to follow her. Time to face my first challenge of the day... Math class.
