The Arrangement

Lili
I had to meet with my family at the cafe. I got dressed and brushed my teeth. I get to the cafe and I see my sisters, my mother, and Cole with his family. "Oh boy." I say before I go in. "Lili!" Chloe screams and runs to me. "Hi! How is college?" I ask. "Good." We hug tightly. "Ok. We need to talk." My mother says. "Ok. Release me." I laugh. We walk over and I sit between my sisters. "You called. I came. Please make it quick. I have a busy day today." I sigh. "It's about the wedding." My mother says. I groan and rest my head on the table. "It's important Lili." she says. "I have an important day." I reply. "You're only 21. You can take a day off." she says. "Not really. I have an audition today, then I have to go talk to my producer, plus a photoshoot." I say. "Can I go with you?" Tess asks. "I don't care." I say, "anything else?" "We didn't even talk." she says. "Well start talking." I say.

Cole
I could tell Lili was in a bad mood. We talked for a couple of hours, and then Lili's phone pinged. "Ok. Now I really have to go." she says. "Where are you going?" Chloe asks. "Audition." she grins and leaves. "You need to try and change her mind about the wedding." her mother says. "I don't think I'm going to Change her mind, but I can try." I say. "Thank you." she smiles.

I got back to the house, and noticed that some paparazzi were trying to hide. "Please get off my property." I say standing over them. "We just want to ask a few questions." they say. "No comment. Get off my property." I say and escort them out the gate. I get inside and spot Dylan. "Hey. I didn't see you this morning. You were supposed to be there." I say. "I know. I was busy." he says, "what was it about?" "Father is forcing me to get married." I sigh. "To?" he asks. "Lili." I mumble, "we hate each other and haven't spoken to each other in 5 years." "Well. I didn't expect that." he says quietly. "I know." I grumble.

Lili
I got through with my audition, and went to the house. I ate some food and went to talk to my music producer. "Hey Leo." I smile. "You look stressed. Anyways, we need to talk about your next album." he says. "What about it?" I ask. "When will it be finished? Your fans are getting impatient." he says. "I just need to add covers and it will be done. I'm actually going to do a photoshoot after this. Maybe I could use those?" I say. "I like it. Ok. Go to your photoshoot." he says and I nod. I get back in my car and text Tess.

L: Hey. I just got through with my meeting. Still want to come with me to the photoshoot?
T: How is that even a question?!?! Come get me!!!!!
L: ok. I'll be there in 10.

I set my phone down and drive to moms house. Tess ran and jumped in my car. "Where are we going?" she asks. "I have to go model in some clothes and they wanted photos of it. You are welcome to model. My friend won't mind. My producer also needs covers for my new album and I want you on it." I say as I pull out of the driveway. "Really?" she exclaims. "Yea." I pull up at Cami's fashion industry. "You're friend works here?" she looks up at the building. "She doesn't work here. She owns it. She's the famous fashion designer Camila Mendez." I grin and she looks at me like I had 2 heads. "Come on." I say. We head to her office. "Hey. I'm ready for the photoshoot. My sister is here to help." I say.

We get through with the photoshoot and I take Tess back to moms house. I drive back to my house and Cole was waiting for me. I take a deep breath and get out of my car. "Hey Lili." he says. "I know you wouldn't be talking to me if it wasn't for the arrangement. What do you want?" I sigh. "Your mother sent me here to try and change your mind. I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen, so I can tell her I tried but you're to stubborn." he says. "You can tell her whatever you want. I don't care. She will just make us getting married anyways." I reply, "anyways. I have to go take care of my dog." He nods and gets in his car. I head inside and take care of Dakota.

My mother said the wedding is in 2 weeks. She is forcing me to go dress shopping, so I'm dragging Chloe and Tess with me. I've tried on about 50 dresses and I finally found one. It's perfect, even if I don't want to get married.

Cole
My father dragged Dylan and I to the tailor. We all got suits done and went to eat.

We eat at the cafe and I spot Lili walking out of a dress shop with her mother and sisters. "Did you hear me Cole?" My father says. "Hmm What?" I snap my attention back to the conversation. "You and Lili have to live together after the wedding. There are no exceptions. We already have a house for you." he says. "Seriously? We hate each other. Now you are forcing us to get married and live in the same house. What more do you want?" I say. "Cole calm down." Dylan says and I glare at him. "You get married to someone you haven't talked to in years. See how calm you are." I snap. "Don't Take your anger out on your brother." he says and I sigh. "Can we just get this over with?" I say. "2 weeks, then you can live in that house." he says.

Lili
I have found out that we have to live in the same house after we get married. Great! JUST great...... I take Dakota for a walk. We cut through the park and I get surrounded by flashes from cameras. I try to get through the crowd, but they don't budge. Suddenly, someone pulls me out from the crowd and we hide from them. I turn to see Cole and Dylan. I take a deep breath and Dakota nudges me. "You ok Lili?" Dylan asks. "I'm fine." I reply. The dog nudges me again. "Are you sure?" Cole asks. "I said I'm fine. I have more to worry about than a crowd of flashing cameras." I say. "When did you get a dog?" Dylan asks. "A few years ago." I reply. "He's cute. What's his name?" he asks. "Dakota. He's very special to me and I honestly don't know what I would do without him." I sigh, "anyways. I have to head back to the house. Thanks for the save." "I'd say anytime, but I don't feel like pulling you out of crowds." Cole says. "True." I smile slightly, "ok. Now I really have to go." "Stay safe." they say.
