Dakota^

Lili
I cover my mouth as I yawn. I slowly get up and go to the kitchen. I shriek and hold my stomach when I see someone and he turns towards me. "How did you get in here?" I ask Casey. "I made a key." he holds it up and I sigh. "Text or call next time." I say. "Lili?" Cole steps into the kitchen. "Sorry. Casey scared me." I reply.

"I made breakfast." Casey states, handing me a plate. "Thank you." I sit at the island and start eating. "We need to leave soon for work." Cole yawns and I nod.

I go upstairs and brush my teeth before washing my face. I change into some jeans, a loose shirt and a cardigan. I find some shoes and slip them on. I head back downstairs as I run my fingers through my hair.

"Ready to go?" Casey asks. "And deal with Vanessa? Of course." I say sarcastically and he smiles softly. We get in the car and Cole drives to the movie set. I yawn and head to my trailer.

I look up as someone steps in and see Barbara. She hugs me and I smile. "What is it this time?" I ask. "Frostbite." she smirks and I nod. I start on her makeup as the others step in and they sit on the couch.

I look up when I hear barking and see Cole bring Dakota into the trailer. He sits by my table and I scratch behind his ear when I grab a different brush.

I finish Barbara's makeup and she heads to the set. I get everyone else finished and sit in the chair, resting my hand on my stomach. I look at my phone and sigh before looking around the trailer.

I turn on the radio and listen to the songs. I hum along before I start singing.

The door opens and I look up. "Hey." I smile and Ashleigh steps in. I start on her makeup and Vanessa steps in with Cole. "Hurry up." she snaps and I slowly look back at her with a blank look.

I get finished with Ashleigh's makeup and she heads to set. "I grab a makeup wipe as Vanessa sits in the chair and wipe Cole's forehead. "Seriously?" she screeches. "I'm busy. I'll get to you, when I get to you." I reply and Cole holds my waist as I stand on my tippy toes to wipe the makeup off.

I wipe Vanessa's makeup off and Dylan steps in. Dakota nudges my leg with his leash in his mouth and Cole takes him out. "Why is that mutt even here?" Vanessa snaps. "I don't know, why are you here?" I ask and she glares at me before storming out.

"Not gonna lie, she had it coming to her." Dylan says and I sit in the chair. "She's stressing me out." I rest my hand on my stomach and slouch in the chair. "They need you on set Lili." someone calls and I cross my eyes as I get up.

I follow Casey and Cole brings Dakota. I take his leash and meet with the producer. "You called?" I ask, looking around the set. "Vanessa says you called her a mutt." he sighs, "I don't have time for this drama." "I don't either yet she brings it into my trailer everyday and demands that she is the first one done for everything.

I don't need stress and no, I said why was she there when she asked why the mutt was here." I say and Dakota sits by my feet. "Lili's personal business is none of yours. I will fire you, so keep it to yourself. If I hear another word about you, you're gone." he states and she nods.

"Can I watch?" I ask and he nods. Cole and Casey were up next with Barbara and Dylan. "Action!" he says and I watch the scene.

"And scene." he calls and they relax. I head back to my trailer and Dakota lays on the couch. My phone rings and I answer it.

Me
Hey Tess.

Tess
Hey Lils, I was wondering if you could have lunch with me.

Me
What time?

Tess
In like, 30 minutes.

Me
Ok. I'll pick you up in a little bit.

Tess
Ok. Love you bye.

Me
Love you too bye.

I hang up and shake my head. "Tess wants food?" Dylan asks. "When does she not." I reply and he shrugs. "Good point." he answers. "So I'm gonna go get her and then we can go eat." I say and they nod.

Cole drives me to her school and I step inside. Everyone gasps and tries to get to me as I walk to the office. "Ms. Reinhart, What can I do for you?" she asks. "I need to pick up Tess for lunch." I reply and she nods, calling her to the office.

I sign her out and she links arms with me. "Let's go I'm starving!" she exclaims, pulling me to the car. "Easy tiger." I chuckle and we get in. "Hey Cole." she says. "Hi Tess. Where are we eating?" he asks. "China Buffet." she answers and he nods, driving to the restaurant.

We go inside and the others pull up as we get a table. We order drinks and get out plates. Cole stands behind me as I set food on my plate and gently kisses my neck. "Stop." I giggle softly, swatting back at him.

I get back to the table with Tess and she tells me about school. Everyone else sits down and Tess tells me about a cute guy in her class. "How cute?" I ask and she shows me a picture, "I approve."

"Good because I was gonna date him either way." she smirks and I roll my eyes. We finish eating and take Tess back to school. Cole drives to the set and I go to my trailer. Dakota looks up at me and I take him out.

"Oh joy, you're back." Vanessa rolls her eyes. "You really want fired, don't you?" I reply, looking at her. "You can't do a thing." she states. "Says who?" I ask. "Me." she crosses her arms and I chuckle.

"You can't do a thing, if you did, you'd get fired for it." I go back in the trailer and she yanks me backwards. Dakota growls and I hit the ground, knocking the air out of me.

She tries to kick my stomach but Casey drags her away. I cough, rolling to my side and someone helps me up. I get my breathing under control and Dakota stands in front of me protectively.

He growls when someone gets closer and I look up to see the producer. I snap my fingers and he stops. "Are you ok Lili?" he asks, kneeling next to me. "I think so." I nod and he helps me stand.

I get a little dizzy and rest one of my hands against my lower stomach. Cole holds my arm as I blink a few times and I nod. "I'm ok." I say. "Ms. Morgan. Come with me." he orders and she glares at me as she follows him.

"Come on." Cole says softly, leading me to the car. Dakota gets in the back and I get comfy. He drives to the house and we go inside. I go to our room and go change into some shorts and a tank top.

I lay on my side and curl up, resting my hand on the baby. I feel the bed dip before Cole lays behind me, laying his hands over mine. "She could've killed the baby." I whisper and he kisses my shoulder.

"It's ok. The baby is safe." he says softly and I sniffle. "I don't want to lose another one." Tears gather in my eyes and he turns me towards him. "You're not gonna, ok." he gently wipes my tears and I nod.

He kisses my lips softly and my hands snake around his neck. He pulls me against him gently and kisses my jawline. His hand slips under my shirt and he runs the back of his fingers against my baby bump.

"Get some rest." he says against my lips and I rest my head in the crook of his neck, closing my eyes.
