Merlin: Arthur's Magic

Gwen Pregnant

The next day: Friday
It was eight o'clock in the morning Merlin walked in the room with the tray of food. He set down the tray on the table and put the dragons food next to her area and then opened the curtains.

"Rise and shine." Merlin said

Arthur slowly woke up and sat up.

"Good morning sire." Merlin said

Arthur just grunted and got out of bed. Then went to the table where his food was and sat down. Merlin went to go make Arthur's bed. The dragon went to Arthur and landed on the table in front of Arthur's plate. He gave her a light stroke on her head.

When he was done making the bed he looked over and saw Arthur just moving his food around with the fork. Merlin walked over to him.

"Okay. What's going on you've been acting all weird since Natalia left. What did she say?" Merlin said

"I'm the prince I don't have to answer to a servant." Arthur said leaning back against the chair

"You're right I am just a servant and your a prince so you don't have to answer me but I am your mentor for learning about magic so you do need to answer this question because I need to know the reason why your magic might be out of whack." Merlin said

"Merlin I know how to control it well mostly. So you don't need to worry." Arthur said and the dragon got off the table and went to her food

"Arthur magic is strong and sometimes things and unpleasant feelings like mad, sad or nervous can effect it especially when you're just figuring it out how to use and control it. So I need to know what it is so I can help you fix it." Merlin said

Arthur sighed "I don't think you can fix this one. Natalia said that Gwen's...Gwen's pregnant and that's why she's coming back in nine months ." Arthur said

"What? Did you know before that?" Merlin asked

"No that's the first I've heard of it." Arthur said

"Does she know? How far a long is she? Is this even possible? Is it even yours?" Merlin questioned

"I don't know. It's possible and it's most likely mine since we're dating unless she cheated remember idiot."  Arthur said "what should I do Merlin?"

"Well I think when you have time like at lunch you should ask her; i mean the angel or whatever could have been lying." Merlin said

"That's not a bad idea." Arthur said then he got up and got ready, changing into his training outfit

"now I have to get to training with the knights and today you need to do the laundry, change the bedding, make the bed, moo the floors and take care of Aithusa." Arthur said

"Of course sire." Merlin said then Arthur left

Merlin gathered up the laundry and bedding then took it to get washed after that when it was drying he went up to the bedroom and made the bed with a fresh bedding.

2 hours later: 11:30am
Merlin walked out of the castle with the dragon on his head who was under the invisible spell. When he passed by Arthur and the knights who were coming back from training. Arthur saw the dragon he laughed.

"What's so funny?" Perceval asked

"Oh nothing, nothing don't worry about it." Arthur said and Merlin continued on his way

He went out of the castle grounds and into the forest to allow Aithusa to fly around and stretch her wings. About twenty minutes later Merlin whistled and she flew back to him and landed on his shoulder and they left the forest and headed back to the castle
