I walked into the school premises happy not because it's my first day at school this term but because I'm finally going to be out of high school by the end of this section. I can't wait to leave this school, it sucks and I'm tired of waking up early just because I don't want to be late for school, I'm not really the "morning type" you know.

Tife! I heard my name, I turn and saw my friend Tayo trying to catch up with me so I waited for her. Tayo and I have been friends right from jss1,she is the opposite of me,very jovial and funny.

"have missed you baby,how was your holiday? you didn't even call me for once ehn."she said.

I'm sorry dear my phone had a fault that why. My holiday was boring jawe, what about yours?

"I travelled to Abuja to visit my aunt, I had fun with my cousins." With a smile on her face

ok that nice we'll gist later,let go to class and claim our sit before anyone does iyo.

Immediately I stepped into the class,which was sss3 B, they were all shouting their sit positions, tope and I quickly turned to check if our sit spot was taken, luckily it wasn't thank God I don't need to drag spot with anyone this term. I walked straight to my sit and brought out a rag from the side of my bag to clean it. I was about cleaning when I heard Tobi drag his sit behind me.

"That's my space." I heard a voice say from somewhere. We both turned only to face the class bad boy peter. What? I Hate this boy's guts, Why does he want to sit behind me? whatever sha I don't care if he sit there. I finished cleaning my sit, sat down and put my head on the table waiting for our English teacher Mrs Ade to come in.

I heard someone hitting my sit. 'that's Peter what does he want, we hardly talk so why is he disturbing me now ehn'. I raised my head up and turned to him "yeah why are you disturbing me." I said with a frown on my face.

"Calm down baby girl." Smiling

'Baby girl? Is this boy OK sef.' my name is not 'baby girl' I said.

" what's your name then?"

"Mtcheew" I hissed and put my head back on my locker.

"Chill na, ok tife do you have two biro, I'm in need of one have misplaced mine" he said.

I opened bag, brought out a pen and gave him. "Uhm th..." He was about to say something when Mrs Ade our English teacher entered the class.

"Good morning class." Good morning ma the class chorused. "How was your holiday?"

"Fine!,not fine!, boring!" Was the answers the class gave.

"Ok, that's alright,decorum! don't turn my class to a market place." She shouted. Our topic today is...
