She sat him down on a bench and smiled at the boy before a small sigh escaped her mouth and she began.

"Changkyun and I started dating our freshmen year of college. I was a mess, to say the least. I was depressed and suicidal and he was nice and helped me get out of my ways." She explained as she looked off towards the trees. "One day when we went out, he pulled over in an empty lot and we began–" A slight sob escaped Jagmi's mouth and Seokjin placed a gentle hand on her shoulder. "I loved him so I went along with it, but after we did he began saying disgusting things about me and making up lies."
"So the thing with Jaemin isn't real?"
"God no," Jangmi breathed as she shook her head. "Changkyun is the only guy I've ever given myself to, which is why I don't know why he would say such things."
"Who knows all this?"
"Nobody," She replied before she looked at me, her eyes red and puffy. "A few months ago I tried to end everything, and that's when the rumors of me being a "depressed mess" began spreading. Although they were true to a certain extent, people twisted things–like they always do."
"Did he ever... abuse you?"
"Not physically, it was the verbal abuse that got to me–especially after we did stuff and then broke up." She explained as she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "I'm not looking for sympathy, Seokjin."
"But everything he did was wrong, he shouldn't have said the things he did and he shouldn't have–"
"You're sweet, I'll give you that. However not everyone thinks like you." Jangmi chuckled as she stood from the bench and moved to stand in front of him. "I smile a lot for someone who is a "depressed mess", but you know why that is?" She questioned
"What is it?"
She leaned down and spoke in a whisper, "Because I've learned to not give a shit about what people say." And when she pulled, the brightest and biggest grin graced her porcelain face.
