The Love Yourself series went over very well with ARMY all over the world.
My and Hobi oppa's mixtapes also came out this year and was received well with the fans. Namjoon is about to release his second one and we're anticipating is to go well too.
Jungkook and I were allowed to date finally because Bang Pd-nim saw how strong our feelings were and the relationship was strong as well due to the foundation our friendship built over the years.
We even had filmed Bon Voyage season 3 this summer. Jungkook and I had a nice few cute dates during the filming, staff didn't film those much as to not draw too much attention from the Sunkook haters.
Our relationship was actually received well and we're grateful for it. Although the Vsun, Sunmin, Taekook and Jikook shippers were upset that their ships weren't real, they were nice about it overall.
Jin and Hwa-Young even came out as a couple to ARMY as did Taehyung and Hyun Ki. Mina and Jackson are a thing surprisingly as are Jisu and Jinyoung. Malee and BamBam are going on strong and Adelie as we found out is gay and now has a girlfriend named Sora, who is lovely and perfect for her.
"Yoonji-ah! You're solo is up next after Jungkook, you need to get into place!" The staff members bring me from my thoughts and I walk to my placement to have smooth transition from the brunette bunny onstage dressed in all white.
Euphoria is my favorite of the Answer album because he said he was thinking of me when he recorded it.
I have my own solo song which goes along with Fake Love and Singularity. I actually sing instead of rap on the track as Jungkook had convinced me to showcase my range.
The stylist unnies run around me, making sure everything is in place with my hair, makeup and stage outfit. I'm wearing a black long sleeve body suit with a black sheer lace shirt to let my legs move freely with the choreography that goes along my solo song.
I watch as Jungkook's solo 'Euphoria' ends and the lights go out. The way they play out our solo back to back like this is to show like we're in love but there are some who would try to hold us back, which is why my solo is called 'Enthrall' because there's beauty in being captivated by the love but also enslaved to the hate of those who are against it.
Not to mention, I'm literally in chains in the MV that was released for the song.
The dancer teacher and I went with a contemporary based dance for the choreography of my song with some street elements as that combination is what I'm known for in my personal style and it flows well with the lyrics and music I wrote.
I tuck a strand of my coral pink dyed hair behind my ear as I rise onto the stage on the lift when the beginning notes play out.
As I dance and sing my solo, I can hear the crowd of Japanese ARMY silently sing along and cheer at the climax at the song, where I perform a big jump and land perfectly. I almost injured my ankle a few times in tour rehearsals so I'm proud of myself for doing it perfectly.
When I got backstage after my performance, Jungkook was the first in the dressing room to jump up and run to me. He wraps his arms around me and plants a few kisses on my lips, making me giggle at his cute clingy actions.
"Yah! Jungkook-ah, let her get dressed for the next song!" I giggle again at Jin's scolding.
"I'll help..." I smack Jungkook in the chest for his sexual comment while he smirks amused with himself.
"Yah!" I hear Yoongi from somewhere in the room behind the tall muscular bunny I call my boyfriend. I giggle while Jungkook laughs at his hyungs cringing.
"Horny bastard... leave my sister alone!" Yoongi calls out again.
"Just you wait til we get married!" Jungkook loves to tease my brother that when we get married our honeymoon will be so dirty.
"Yah! She's too young for marriage!" Yoongi pulls me away from Jungkook, who is dying of laughter with Jimin and Taehyung.
"Oppa...." I whine out, making Jungkook look at me with dark eyes.
"No, no, NO!" Yoongi drags me away and pushes me toward the stylist unnie to dress me for the next song.
*A Few Songs Later*
It was time for the speeches and most of us just thanked ARMY over and over for everything. I cried a little at some of my oppas words but when it came to Jungkook's turn, he looks nervous. I hear him take a deep breath before thanking ARMY like usual but then he pauses.
"The past 5 years, I've been in love with one girl and only 2 years did I finally get to make her mine officially. We hid the whole first year of our relationship from almost everyone. Only a select few knew about us and that's how we kept it because we knew how Pd-nim would feel about dating with the group...." Jungkook looks over at me and starts to walk closer.
"So when he finally approved of us, we told ARMY and I'm grateful you have supported our relationship. So it only feels right doing this in front of ARMY. This girl right here is my everything and I want to spend the rest of my life loving every bit of her..." My eyes widen in shock and a gasp escapes my lips as Jungkook gets down on one knee while holding my hand.
"Kookie..." I'm at a loss for words because he always said he was too young to get married but here is proposing to me.
"Min Yoonji, my best friend, the love of my life, my everything... will you marry me?..." The tears stream down my cheeks as the crowd of ARMY all start doing a chant for me to say yes.
"Of course you bunny..." I choke out between the tears as a smile spreads across both of our faces. The cheers erupt in the crowd and onstage with the oppas as Jungkook jumps up to pull me into a hug. He lifts me off my feet, kissing me as he twirls us around in a circle, making me giggle. He presses a few more kisses to my lips after he set me down onto my own feet again before producing the engagement ring he bought and sliding it into my left ring finger next to the couple ring on my left middle finger he bought me as a gift for going public with our relationship.
"I love you Jungkookie." He smiles at me before pressing another kiss to my lips.
"I actually knew about this for 2 weeks!" I heard Jimin and Taehyung confess.
"I knew for a year, he was wanting to propose. I told him he had to show me he was mature enough to care for my little sister. He was going to be taking over my job as her protector and I wanted to be sure he wasn't still that little brat we all know. He surpassed above and beyond in true golden maknae fashion." I look over at my brother fondly at his words before snuggling into Jungkook's side while his arms stay tight around my small frame, holding me close and never wanting to let go.
"I had so many different ideas of how I was going to do this but it only felt right to do it where we're most happy, onstage with ARMY." The crowd cheers in acceptance of our new step in the relationship.
The concert soon comes to a close and we head back to the dorm. Jungkook and I lay in bed that night, planning out our future together.
