CHAPTER 1- "The comment"

Kenzie's POV
I felt the car stop and water sprinkled on my face. Suddenly out of nowhere, I felt the whole bottle of poured over me and I woke up with a start

K- JOHN. WHAT THE HECK?!

J- Well good morning sunshine. We r here.

K- You couldn't have just woken me up nicely?!

J- Yo, you do remember who I am, right?

K- oh yeah ofcourse *rolls eyes*

J- Wipe that whine off your face and come on already. Lauren is waiting

K- ugh great

What just happened in the car and where are we? Sorry. Let's start with the introductions. My name is Mackenzie Ziegler and I m 17 years old. Johnny Orlando is my best friend and the biggest player in the school. I m not judging, my reputation is quite the same. His sister Lauren is also my frnd but not the way I m with John. She's different and way more polite. Don't go asking whether John has a gf or not. The question should be when does he not have a gf. The highest amount of time that he has stayed single for is like a week. I m the provider of his daily hookups. Whenever I ask him why does he do that, he would just say, "I will stop when I find THE ONE". Trust me, we have been best frnds for 5 years and he still hasn't yet. Apart from all the girls in our highschool, I m probably the only girl he hasn't been able to make out with. Well, this is how we work. Anyways, it was supposed to be a movie night today. John had a fight at school today so we were kinda late but whatever. Lauren opens the door and her jaws drops.

L- uhhh.. why the heck are u soaking wet?

K- Ask ur brother *sighs* Can I borrow some cloths?

L- *nods* Sure. Carson hasn't finished setting up the DVD anyway

C- *SIGHS* I need some help

J- I m on it

Btw, Carson is Lauren's bf. He is a sweetheart and perfect for Lauren but probably not my type. I keep my distance from him always bc I don't wanna alarm Lauren. But I still always see her glaring at me from the corner of eye everytime Carson is around. It did get kinda annoying sometimes but I get used to it. Most of the girls are like that around me.

L- *hands her a small pile of folded clothes* Here, u can take this

K- Thanks, Lolo *takes it*

L- Btw, what happened to Cal?

K- Oh uh we broke up. Not my type.

L- Oh..

K- ...Look Lauren, I told u before and-

L- No it's ok. I didn't mean that. I meant u and Johnny could like.. you know..

I widened my eyes. WTH is she saying

K- What?! Lauren no he's like my brother.
L- Hey, I have seen how u two are. U r comfortable with each other. It might give him a chance to restrain himself. And I feel like he likes u
K- Well uh I don't think so. And if r still worried abt Carson-
L- WHAT jeez no. I m not-
K- then forget abt it
L- k..

With that happy thought, we went downstairs and watched the movies and decided to go to sleep. Now, problem
