At the end of the day, Dali and him went back to their home, as they've come to call it. Danny sat down in the corner and told her to sit down and listen. "I can time travel." He said, plainly. "WHAT!?" She had yelled, and a few kids just stared at them. "It shouldn't be all that surprising, I told you earlier and you didn't believe me" He looked down. "What do you mean? You never said anything about time travel! This is huge!" She looked at him in awe "But at lunch, you said..." He looked back up. "You never said anything during lunch, you were to busy thinking, I guess." Suddenly, a stream of memories entered his mind. They were his, but he didn't "remember" them. They were of his other classes, the ones he wasn't there for. He thought it was strange, to know suddenly what he did in class. A project, for analyzing a book, the work he completed, and everything his teachers said. "OK, fine, maybe I didn't , but I did." His eyes widened "So you told me about your time travel, then time traveled, and never really told me?" "I guess so." "Butterfly effect!" She stood up. "What?" He said, and looked up at her. She was tall, a brunette with blue eyes. This was the first time he thought he might... like her. He blushed, and stood up, turning away. "The butterfly effect, the flap of a butterfly causes a tornado on the other side of the world. We could use a butterfly right now." She was referring to the fact that half the planet is under enemy control. The human race was dying, and Danny could change that.
