We where on time. But them Ginny realised she left her spell book at home. I had mentioned that Mom could just send it, she would get it when she got there, but nOoOo, Percy how inconsiderate, blah, blah, blah.

So we all, collectively had to go back, and so I was late. For me Prefect meeting. I have never ran so fast in my life, I full on sprinted along the train, my levitating trunk, moving dangerously fast through the crowd of people. Not the safest thing but, I needed to get to the front compartment.

I get in without too many other problems, I knocked over a few first years, and went back to apologize. I mean imagine if I didn't and they would be Gryffindors. Oh my stars that would be bad.

I sit down, trying not to cause to much of a ruckus, and failing miserably. I sit down next to the other Gryffindor prefect.

Her name is Kiara, she is a nice girl, smart, and brutally honest. After the first few years and she got used to her housemates, it was hard to shut her up. Not in a bad way, she would just talk for hours about random things like, how she believes yogurt is actually out to get her. I'm glad she got picked, she has emotionally gone through a lot and still pulled through. I can't wait to work with her.

After everything goes quiet after my grand entrance, Professor McGonagall politely, continues her speech on our prefect responsibilities.

When she is finished, she tells Kiara and I to stay for a moment, as the other prefect head to their respected seats, hoping that no pesky first years, or anyone else was sitting in them.

"Professor, I'm very sorry for being late, Ginny left something, and so we had to go back for it," I explain, hoping the Professor would understand.

"Yes, just be on time, for the next meeting, alright?" I respond with a curt nod, as she continues, " As you probably know, Sirius Black has escaped Azkaban, many parents are fearful of their children's well being," she says, stopping to clear her throught," The password, is Fairy lights, but it is most likely it will change often, for security."

"Of course," Kiara says, looking strong and confident, I nod, not nearly as emotionally ready for this.
