Jisung walked fast and cautiously, constantly aware of his surroundings. A day away from home or not, Jisung was not going to let his guard down. Chenle was trailing behind him, trying to appreciate the nature they were walking through, but getting dragged past it before he could.

"Jisung, hey, calm down," Chenle panted as he pulled Jisung back by the hand that was intertwined with his own. The boy froze, but his eyes continuously darted across the expanse of trees they were walking through.

"Love, look at me," Chenle mumbled and tried to pry Jisung's eyes away from the innocent trees. It took more effort than it should have but Jisung finally looked at the small boy who was desperately trying to calm his nerves. He could feel his shoulders relax as he stared into the boys' glistening eyes, the sun giving him a glow that was only meant for angels. Jisung's fast-paced walk hadn't given him any time to appreciate the boy behind him, and he was starting to regret letting their looming situation get to him on their date day.

"I'm sorry," he whispered, the sincerity in his eyes reassuring Chenle. He gave the anxious boy a gentle smile and a soft peck on the lips.

"It's okay, now c'mon, karaoke waits for no man!" Chenle giggled and dragged Jisung along the pavement, but it wasn't out of fear, it was from pure excitement.

The neon lights of their date destination pierced through the darkness that had fallen during their nature walk detour. Jisung walked through the glass doors, holding it open for Chenle and entering the alcohol filled karaoke bar. Jisung knew you had to be at least eighteen to book a room, but he had his ways and in no time the two were in the dimly lit room, singing their hearts out. Chenle went first, with a less than classy rendition of 'SexyBack.' Jisung would be lying if he said he hadn't ordered a few bottles of soju, and he'd definitely be lying if he said he hadn't finished almost two of them before the end of the night.

Somewhere along the way, he had gotten Chenle into the alcohol, although the boy had to drown the taste in pizza or Jisung's tongue, not that the younger boy was complaining. Chenle had a slice of cheese pizza hanging between his teeth as he mumbled the words to a Beyoncé song, his feet and arms moving in a highly uncoordinated dance. Jisung giggled drunkenly and stood to join his crush in his silly dance. The room had a large leather couch and a small table, but that was the only furniture, leaving plenty of room for them to try and slow dance while drunk.

Unfortunately for them, that wasn't an easy task, and the pair tripped over the leg of the table, falling to the couch with an odd crinkle sound. Chenle landed on top of Jisung, the younger boys arms still tight around his waist. He was laughing so hard Jisung could feel himself shake, his signature dolphin laugh coming out of hiding. The night was nearing its end, the moon peeking through the blackout curtains, but Jisung had one last thing to do.

He gave Chenle a kiss on his tempting lips, letting his hands wander along the boys' hoodie, but never quite clearing the stifling fabric. He pulled away with a whine from the boy on top of him and stood up. Chenle watched him go with a small pout adorning his swollen lips and sprawled out on the cold leather when he realized Jisung wasn't returning to him. Jisung coughed expectantly, much to Chenle's tipsy delight, and bowed dramatically.

"Today I would like to share a poem I wrote for my dear boyfriend, the love of my life, my baby boy-"

"Oh my god, Jisung, hush," Chenle whined, face flushed from the alcohol and Jisung's words.

"As you wish, princess," Jisung replied, flashing a sly wink in the flustered Chenle's direction. The drunk boy picked up the mic he had been singing with, fumbling with the controls before the mic crackled to life.

"You ready for this?" Jisung asked the boy who had curled up into a cuddly ball on the couch he had once been laying on. Chenle nodded and Jisung began his seemingly cheesy poem.

"I met you at a corner store, but I immediately knew I wanted more.
Maybe it was the need in your eyes or the daily snack surprise.
But I've tripped and fallen into the thing called love, and suddenly I can't get enough.
Instantly, I knew we would click, but for some reason, I still can't get any, " Jisung winked at Chenle, who quickly understood the rhyme. His face was flushed, his heart racing, but with as much courage as he could muster, he sauntered up to Jisung, throwing his arms around the boy's neck. Somehow he managed to keep almost a foot of space between the two, despite how close their faces were.

"The reason is that you never go for it," he purred, the neon lighting of the bar giving him a seductive glow. Jisung reached out tentatively, his fingers grazing the hem of Chenle's shirt. He could feel Chenle shiver under his gentle touch and instinctively drew Chenle closer to him, giving him the warmth and protection he craved. Chenle glanced up at the boy holding him, the innocence in his eyes driving Jisung mad. Chenle's Vans rested atop Jisung's own shoes as he got closer to the boys face giving his nose an almost nonexistent nudge.

"Kiss me," he mumbled, his breath fanning Jisung's lips. The boy hesitantly connected their lips together, all their actions unsure and unpredictable. He wasn't scared per se, but he was uncertain of Chenle's wishes and desires and had no earthly idea how to handle the situation. Tongues mingled, teeth clashed, and before either knew it, Chenle had his back pressed against the couch, Jisung planting hungry and spontaneous kisses to the unmarked skin of his neck, creating a beautiful array of colors in his path. The purples and reds contrasted the white from Chenle's skin and complimented the purple of Jisung's hair. Chenle's hands were entwined with the purple strands, giving an experimental tug every now and then that sent a wave of pleasure through Jisung's body.

"Chenle, stop doing that," Jisung panted out as he removed his mouth from Chenle's neck. His hands were trailing up the olders hoodie, coming to a stop right above his belly button. The faint outline of abs greeted Jisung's wandering hands and he was not disappointed.

"Doing what?" Chenle asked with a teasing smile. His hands once again pulled at Jisung's hair, making the boy involuntarily shiver. Chenle could feel Jisung's arousal and knew the boy had a newly discovered hair kink, so he pulled again for extra measures before kissing Jisung again. The youngers thumb was rubbing soothing patterns along his stomach, his fingers sometimes dipping below the waistband of Chenle's skinny jeans.

"I love you," Jisung whispered between chaste kisses. "Zhong Chenle, will you please be my boyfriend?" Chenle let out a lame whimper in reply, fighting back his noises of pleasure from Jisung abusing his neck.

The two had fun on their day out, literally and figuratively. Beyoncé and pizza had been long forgotten as they got lost in each other, oblivious to the dangers that awaited them when they left the safety of each other's arms and the karaoke bar.
