Hi, my name is Shanakay and I'm dead. I lived a short and boring life but the year before I died was fun and I was happy that I was able to experience a bit of excitement in my life. My story takes place in Jamaica where I lived in a small community with my dad and I had two best friends. I could say that I had a very uneventful life. It was pretty simple, wake up, go to school and come home to chores. Yeah, pretty simple life until it all changed. I had an adventure, a freaking adventure! My ex-boyfriend kidnapped me. Weird right? It's kind of like when Beauty decided to go live with the beast but in my case, I lived with my ex-boyfriend. I know it's weird that a dead girl is writing but you must know that I wasn't dead in the beginning, I was alive and living but alas all good things must come to an end and as such my life ended before it began.
