Jinyoung went to touch your face. You flinched back a little as it stung a bit.

"What happened to you? Seriously why do you have to always hurt yourself." He said.

"I guess that's just me." You said. You could hear your beating so fast.

"No. This time it wasn't just you. It looks really bad. Like someone did this to you." You surprised he actually said something about it. But you were worried. You didn't want him to know that your father abused you.

"What do you mean?" You tried to think of a good excuse to make him believe you. "I was at work and I had to break up a fight. One of the dudes accidentally punched me but I'm fine. Don't worry."

"Be honest."

"I'm being completely honest with you." You said and pulled his hand away from your face. You lied again. You knew they would never find out but if they did you would be in very big trouble.

Jinyoung quickly got up and scratched the back of his neck. "You need to stop making me worry about you. Your just gonna make me~" He stopped talking and just walked back and forth. He suddenly hugged you. "Don't get hurt anymore. You don't deserve it. Okay?"

You were shocked. "Hey. I'll be fine. Just get off of me. The heater is on. It's hot."

"Just let me hold on a little longer." You patted his back and he let go. "Well I have to get going. Ji-yeon might be home now." Hearing her name just cringed you. It's not that you had a problem with her or the whole dating thing. But to think she was Jinyoung's girlfriend just it didn't fit you the right way.

You walked him out. You turned around and saw the bag. You opened it. He bought your favorite snacks. Banana Kicks. You smiled. He really knew you.
