"Take a sip, it's everywhere" Lauren says

"I'm not drinking salt water" I say

"Whatever" She says standing up on her knees and taking her pants down

"I have to pee" she says

"You could've gave a warning?" I say

"Officer I didn't steal anything I swear!" Marcos says

"Then why was it reported stolen?" The officer says as he puts handcuffs on Marcos

"I don't know, my fathers kind of a big deal around here, maybe the guy's a stalker or something" he says

"..Have a seat" the officer says rolling his eyes

"How's the search looking?" I ask

"So, the boat accident happened around 1:00am. Then made it back to shore around 5:30am" he says

"We didn't notice anyone was missing until we docked" I say

"Didn't you say this "Y/n" is your best friend? Why would you not notice her missing?" He says

"She went to the dance floor while I was in a room on the bottom" I say

"Doing what?" He says

"Umm... that's kinda personal" I say

"We're gonna be stuck out here for days" I say

"Well with that attitude, of course we will" Lauren says

"Hey what's that?!" I say pointing to a seemingly small island

"It's land!" She says using her hands as a row

"Shouldn't we stay here just in case someone comes by?" I say

"What like a hungry shark?" She says sarcastically

"Fine Whatever" I say helping her row to the island

"So you have no idea when your friend might have fallen overboard?" The officer asks

"No but my friend drew might" I say. "Drew!"

"Yo?" Drew says walking toward me and the cop

"You were with y/n on the deck, did you notice her leave at any point?" I ask

"Nah, she said she didn't feel like dancing and left" he says

"That's what leave means idiot" I say

"Oh right then yeah she left" he says

"She just left?" The officer asks

"Yes sir" Drew says

"Were you and y/n close at all?" The officer asks

"Yeah, we were all pretty close, best friends you might say" he says

"...Son how'd you get that shiner?" The officer questions

"How is that relevant?" Drew says

"Seeing that you were one of the last people to speak to y/n I find it interesting that you have a fresh black eye, wouldn't you?" The officer says

"If you must know, I got in a fight with some dude. That's where this came from" Drew says

"Okay." The officer says

"Okay" Drew reiterates

"Fight over what?" The officer asks

"Why does it matter? Two drunk dudes fighting on a boat is irrelevant. Find my friend" Drew says

"I'll be right back" the officer says with and angry tone

"Wtf" drew says under his breathe

"Calm down drew, what's wrong with you?" I ask

"I just don't like cops that's all" he says

"Why?" I say. "Your white and have nothing to hid"
