~~~~~~~~ 292 YEARS LATER~~~~~~~~~~~
Feeling my eyes flutter open I sit up to see I feel asleep in our home library. Again. Sitting up I wince at the light. Realizing it's morning I bookmarked my place in my book then bathed. Getting dressed I go to the kitchen. The house was silent since Andra and Addis already left to the main city.
We live in the east mountains while the main city is in the center of Asgard. Between the mountains and the city, it's an hour out so Andra and Addis get up at five in the morning then leave at six, sometimes earlier, to do their normal routine.
Andra and Addis accompany each other to the main city then part ways, sometimes I'll accompany them. Addis is training to become a warrior of Asgard while Andra is a candle maker in the market. Andra finishes her work a little before three. Addis finishes a little before her so he waits for her then they get home around five. Sometimes late if they decide to do something with their friends. They have never stopped urging me to join them, to which I say yes to 50% of the time only so I could get out of the house.
As for me I stay home or go to the deserted land of Svartalfheim to practice my magic since I don't want to forget the best part about my heritage: what I was born with. Now this doesn't mean we rarely spend time together. Addis doesn't have training on Fridays or Saturdays. Andra doesn't work on Thursdays or Saturdays. We usually end up training in combat or practice our magic with one another, which is our favorite. Or lounge. Or we go to the main city to take a break from practicing combat, magic, and our routines. Today was a Sunday and my body slightly ached from hours of combat and magic.
Entering the kitchen I snap my fingers. All the candles light up. Fixing myself breakfast I eat. Deciding that I want to continue reading my book I walk to the library and take the next hour finishing it. Closing the book I look behind me to check the grandfather clock next to the fire place. 2:12 in the afternoon. Getting up I put the book back in it's spot.
Our home library was filled with a fraction of books that we managed to recover from Eliora with the exception of having a section for Asgard, Midgard, and Vanaheim books. Compared to my siblings I'm in here the most.
I walk and stop in front of one of the double doors. "Here and now take me to the place I seek." The doors glow orange. Opening the door I enter a massive library filled with the rest of the recovered Elioran books.
It took nearly two decades to recover them including the ones in our home. The library is a place that doesn't exist anywhere in the universe. It only exists to the three of us. All we have to do is say the words. Closing the door I step forward and levitate myself to the second floor. Looking through the shelves I eventually pick out a book. Burning Ice. Flipping to the first page I read it then end up zipping through the next 3 chapters.
I get lost in the book for I don't know how long I was there before hearing my name. "Enya?" Placing a red ribbon between the pages I hold the book and stand. Looking towards the door I see Addis.
"Up here!" I wave leaping to the first floor. Hugging him we go back to our home library.
