He poured a glass of water and gave it to Ana. There was dust in the room and sound of carpentry around.
"Let us go out for coffee. " Dr Karthik insisted.
Four of them sat in the car. Nikki was sitting next to Karthik and Suhani was sitting next to Ana.
Ana looked out of the window and she was thinking about the cancelled vacation. Rohit was still the same. She felt his "Love was like artificial flowers that fade its colour." She was toying with her phone and her heart just thought of him.
"May be a woman is more emotional than a man. They can't express their love. I know Rohit loves me and he must have been crest fallen, when I left his hands in mid - way. Rohit was calling Ana. She disconnected the line. It was scorching hot and Rohit texted her
" Ana let us go for lunch. I am hungry. I have booked a table at your favourite restaurant Village."
"I am busy at site, designing Dr Suhani Neil Khanna's home. Also Nikki is right here in front of me. " Ana texted back.
Rohit had planned a surprise and he was now little worried of Nikki's involvement in Suhani and Karthik's studio apartment. He wanted to call Ana but she will not receive her call in front of Nikki so Rohit again texted her.
" I have a surprise for you. "
"What?" Ana replied.
"Blow a kiss 😘" typed Rohit...
"Kiss with chocolate coated sauce or Rasmali flavor. " Ana responded.
The network of her phone went off and so this message did not reach Rohit.
She switched off her mobile.
Rohit called and got the message :
"This number is switched off. "
Ana is actually acting up. Rohit thought. "May be Woman love irritating their man."
Ana switched on and tapped her mobile to see the network line.
"If you don't mind, can I use your phone." Ana requested Suhani.
Suhani nodded but she received a call from Ragini and she got busy. She forgot Ana wanted to make a call.
While keeping her phone in the bag she got a small Red Bindi packet from her bag.
"Ana you can keep this. Actually my sister Nishi had given this to me and I don't like wearing it. I am allergic. Nikki too is not that fond of it. You are married so it will be of your use. Please take it as a gift. It is not that I am giving you as it is of no use to me. Ana I like you."Suhani smiled. and handed over the packet to her. Ana looked into her face using the front mirror of the car 🚗 that Karthik drove.
