A week had past after the incident with the town's very own black sheep. Lalisa Manoban was dejected by miserably failing all of her attempts to try and talk to the enigmatic man again.
The thing is Jeon Jungkook live in the same neighborhood as her, and that's why he probably know she's the pastor's daughter. He lives just a few houses away and everytime she goes to the park to play with Jisoo when she was a kid she sometimes sees him sitting at the stairs of their balcony with headphones on his head and an old cassette player connected to it. He's always listening to music with his head downcast low, she never had seen him with other kids, he isolates himself and only talks to his mom and dad.
Then that tragedy happened one night. They were thirteen and finally got to highschool, police were all over the neighborhood and sirens were loud, alarming the residence close to it.
It was six in the morning and Lisa was getting ready for school when she heard her mom and dad talking about the Jeons so without thinking straight the thirteen year old Lisa rushed outside and there she witnessed her schoolmate being dragged by one of the polices, blood were all over his clothes and hands, his eyes were bloodshot red and dried tears stricken on his face. She also witnessed how one lively soul slowly succumbed into darkness. That day Jeon Jungkook's parents didn't die alone, their son died with them, he may be physically here breathing, but Lisa knows when a soul is grieving and slowly dying.
She always thought he's a hopeless case. He doesn't want to get adopted with a new family, he insisted of living alone in their house even that was the place were his parents got murdered, the culprit is still unknown, some people say he did that to his parents because his not mentally well, and then one day he was gone, completely vanished.
The moment he came back was after 2 years and he got these tattoos on his skin. Oddly, he still continued highschool up until now that they are eighteen and it's their last year as senior high students.
"What are you doing Lisa? You are staring at that hobo." Suddenly she got elbowed on her side, her face grimaced in pain as she pouted at the smaller girl who's walking beside her.
The respected student body president is now giving her a hard glare, what the raven haired did didn't go unnoticed with Jisoo Kim or Sooyah's eagle eyes.
Lisa caressed the side where her childhood best friend hit her as she pouted her lips even more, earning a cringed look from the auburn haired girl. "What's wrong with that Jisoo?" The said girl squinted her eyes more, did her best friend hit her head or something?
Jisoo pinched the bridge of her nose as she exaggeratedly widen her eyes. "Urgh hello, excuse me? You've never gave him this attention before!" Then she stepped back, looking around. She regretted shouting at Lisa when they are still inside the campus ground. Being the student body president should act as a role model to other students as well and that's why she was cautious.
