Kim Jisoo crosses her arms over her chest, disappointment written all over her face and Lisa could only pout in defense. If only she didn't got an emergency call from the teacher's office earlier, she wouldn't be late at this class and maybe she'll get to prevent from things to happen.
Right on time, when Jisoo arrived at the gymnasium Lisa was about to chase Jungkook but Jisoo ran faster and pulled Lisa away, stopping her best friend from her stupidity.
And now, she's sulking at her because she didn't get her answers from him. Jisoo couldn't care less.
What was she even thinking? Or was she even thinking straight at all?!Everyone were looking at them and whispering, they've been gossiping about her for goodness sake!
"Stop this already, you've been obsessing over that ruffian for almost a month, Lalisa!"
"I'm trying to be his friend, Jisoo." The latter scoffed, not believing any word her best friend muttered. Trying to be his friend? She's chasing and being kittenish around him, that's trying to be his friend?!
Chaeyoung who has been silent the whole time stood up from the bleachers and approached the two. "I think Soo is right Lili. People are just talking about you right now, you should avoid him."
"He's not a bad person that needs to be avoided... and I thought you're on my side?" Lisa acted like a betrayed child, even stomping her feet.
Chaeyoung let out a sigh before walking towards her sulking friend. "I am not taking sides. He's not good with your reputation and also a bad influence."
"He's not a bad influence—"
The blonde didn't let her finished, she look at Jisoo for confirmation as she said the words that made Lisa quiet. "You're starting to keep secrets from us, Lili."
The raven haired girl nibbled her lower lip, there's no argument with that. It is true that she has been keeping secrets from her friends but that's only because she doesn't want them to worry about her.
"Listen Lisa, I don't know what happened why you started to act like this towards him but you have a reputation to protect." Jisoo's voice were calmer now, she walked closer to her best friend so that she can give her a hug when Lisa step back. Her head hung low and her two hands formed into fist.
"But... I don't care about my reputation, Sooyah." The moment she lift her head, they saw her eyes red with threatening tears. Chaeyoung gasped as she covered her mouth.
However this only made Jisoo mad. Can't she really understand? "Well you should be! You're the minister's daughter for goodness sake and hanging out with a criminal would give doubts to people about your family!" She was thankful their classmates were too focused on the game that they paid less attention to the upper corner of the bleachers.
