Carson Cooper lifted the cold barrel of the revolver to his head, breathing heavily. He closed his hazel eyes, which resembled a pool of honey. His heart seemed to cease its beating. His finger was shaking furiously as it came dangerously close to the trigger. He breathed in what could be his last breath. "When the time comes, I won't be afraid." He spoke, with as much confidence as he could muster. He pulled the trigger, sighing with relief when the bullet failed to come out. He set the gun down on his nightstand and stood up. For each time they taunted him, he would play Russian roulette, him being the only player. He stood up, going into his bathroom to grab his phone from where he had left it. He typed in his password and dialed Violet's number.
"Hello?" She answered questioningly. He never usually called her this late at night, but it was important. "Hello? Carson?" She groggily spoke.
"Violet, get Tyson and come to our spot, now." He hung up the phone, sitting it back on the counter. He went back into his room and grabbed his favorite hoodie, slipping it on for protection. He creaked open his window and slipped out, closing it precautiously. He began to jog to the spot that the group of friends always met at. He approached the old shack, carefully opening the door and creeping in. He sat down on the table, which had many old papers spread across it. He pulled a cigarette out from his hoodie and lit it. It helped him relax. He leaned back, closing his eyes. He was about to slip into a sleep when Tyson and Violet barged through the door yelling.
"Tyson just fucking listen to me! I told you that it was important!" Violet pleaded with her brother, who held an angry stare at her. He looked like his blood was boiling.
"Tell me, Carson. What was so important that you had my sister interrupt should I say better things." Tyson winked at Carson but still seemed to be irritated. Carson ignored Tyson because this was just a usual outburst.
"I'll tell you what, Tyson. I have an amazing plan." Carson looked down at his hand and screeched, realizing that the cigarette he had lit burned his hand. He tossed it out of the old broken window. Violet and Tyson giggled immaturely. "We are going to get revenge! Finally. All we need to do is come up with a plan. I've had these thoughts heavy on my mind lately, they're all going to pay for the pain that they have caused!" Carson exclaimed, earning the attention of the two arguing siblings.
"How Carson? They're never going to stop torturing us." Violet sighed, looking down at her feet. Tyson nodded his head at Violet, sighing.
"We will!" Carson roared, clearly irritated. "We will have to come up with the vilest scheme we can muster, but we will torture them, just like they have tortured us. First of all, we need to figure out a way to get them all into an enclosed area, at the same time." Carson smiled darkly.
"Are you sure about this Carson?" Violet muttered. Carson nodded furiously and Violet shrugged.
"I know somewhere. What about the old abandoned asylum? We could host a party." Tyson gave the group a look of approval.
"Yes, that would be perfect. But they would never come to a party hosted by us..." Carson muttered, stroking his chin with two his fingers. He began to nod slowly. "But that would be no problem if we just created flyers, then slip them into everyone's locker," Carson smirked.
"What are we going to do to them?" Violet batted her eyes innocently. She was the one that Carson might have a hard time getting to follow through.
"What have they done to us for so long Violet? We did nothing to deserve the torture we have to endure, they, on the other hand, deserve every single dol of pain that we decide to inflict upon them!" Carson said victoriously. Tyson silently agreed. Carson glanced down at his watch, it was three in the morning, the witching hour. "Everyone, it's getting late. It's almost Halloween, we could throw a costume party so they don't identify us. Think of what we can do." Carson got up, departing from Violet and Tyson without a word.
