It was a normal day, nothing special, when you ran into Ryuya. You were in the park, enjoying the unseasonably warm winter day when you spotted him. You smiled to yourself at how peaceful he seemed there in the park, surrounded by trees which already started to blossom dispite the fact that it was still winter.

"Ryuya!" You called, a smile on your face. He turned to look at you, a puzzled expression visible before it turned into a smile.

"(Y/N), how are you today?" He asked, walking over with a smile.

"I'm great! It's great to see you Ryuya." You smiled and chatted for a bit. By the time you two finally decided to part it was getting dark. Clouds had rolled it, blocking the moon and the sunset from view.

"Those clouds are so dark, seems like it's going to rain." Ryuya said quietly.

"Crap." You muttered as small drops began to fall.

"How far do you live?"

"Far. I had to take the train and I'm one of the farther stops." You replied with a forced smile.

"Come with me." Ryuya grabbed your hand and lead you down the path.

"Where are we going?" You asked.

"My place," he said simply. He continued leading you down streets, never letting go of your hand. The rain picked up and you were both getting soaked. Most of the nearby shops were either closed or full of people trying to escape the rain.

"It was forcasted that we would have sunny weather."

"The weather man lied today."

"I'm soaked and my hair is ruined!"

"I hate the people in charge of this stuff!"

"No one's in charge of the rain dumbass!"

Everyone, everywhere added to the chorus of annoyed, shivering, soaked people. You chuckled at some of the things you heard.

It was funny really if you were being honest.

Ryuya glanced at down as the two of you quickly walked down the street. By the time you finally got to his apartment you were both drenched.

"Dammit, I'm soaked. I'm sorry I'm getting your floor all wet." You said with a tired smile.

"It's fine, I'm soaked too so the floor would get soaked either way." Ryuya replied. The two of you stood in the doorway, not sure what to say as an akward silence filled the air around you.

"Um-" you started at the same time, "you can go first." You said, a slight blush dusting your cheeks.

"I can lend you some clothes if you'd like and you can take a bath to warm up." Ryuya said quickly. He turned away and rubbed his neck akwardly.

"That'd be great, thanks." Quickly parting ways, you walked toward the bathroom and hoped you hadn't left a trail of water puddles. With the water already drawn in the bath you quickly stripped and settled into the warmth. You relaxed and the chill from the cold rain was quickly alleviated. You started when you heard a knock on the door and a voice made its way through the wood.
