ALEX WINCHESTER
When Sam came back upstairs, with a slightly sad look on his face, my heart dropped. "How bad is it?" I asked, grabbing Dean's hand.
"She remembered me. She's not too far gone. She can come back," I told them. "She seemed to have triggers for her memories. And they're only coming back moment by moment." I sat down and looked at the worried couple. I've never seen my brother so tense. "She remembered my eyes, my smile, and the whole Princess thing. And she remembered the makeshift shooting range." I told them.
Alex let a tear fall down her face before she wiped it away. "So just bring up some memories?" She asked.
"Kinda, don't swarm her. Just talk to her like she woke up from a nightmare. She's going to be confused, and ask questions. Answer those. Who knows what she's going to remember. Hell, she may remember you when you walk in the door." He told us.
I nodded and made my way downstairs. Dean followed behind me in silence. When we got downstairs, Cas was waiting at the door. He opened it and Scar was standing at the side of the bed, waiting for us. I was the first to step inside, Dean behind me. The door creaked shut and the lock slid into place.
I stood in awe at her, she wore shorts and a long sleeved shirt, which she had the sleeves pulled up. Her arms were covered with bruises and her knees were scraped. My baby girl looked like she had been in a car wreck. She stared at us and I could feel the wheels turning in her head. She was trying to remember.
Dean was the first to move. He walked over and wrapped his arms around her tightly. I never thought I'd see him get so emotional, not since our small wedding years and years ago.
DEAN WINCHESTER
Seeing her again sent wave after wave of emotion over me. I hugged her and breathed in her scent. She smelled like morning dew and ham sandwiches, and for some reason had that new baby smell, like Cas. It didn't matter to me though. I had my daughter in my arms again. I held her tight, and I never wanted to let her go.
She hugged me back after a moment, unsure of what else to do. I kissed the top of her head and rested my hand on the back of it. Everything almost felt normal again. She pulled back and I let go, I could get where she was coming from, random stranger hugging me wouldn't fly either. Instead, she picked up my necklace and looked at it.
"I remember this." She spoke, very softly. "I've seen it before."
"Well, I would hope so, " I chuckled "you used to play with it all the time when you were a baby." I took it off for her to look at closer. "From motel to motel, this kept you entertained no matter what."
She looked it over closely then giggled. "Remember when pop came in and tried to scare me the one time and I hit him with a lamp?" I looked back at Alex and smiled, she was slowly coming back.
"Yeah, I remember." I smiled and rubbed her head.

I smiled at the memories that slowly came flooding back to Scar. She remembered Bobby scaring her, all the stories he told and long drives in Baby and small moments with Sam. She was slowly coming back bit by bit. By the time we left the room, she was calling us Mom and Dad. She only remembered a small portion of her life, but I knew that she would remember everything in a matter of time.
We just had to be patient. And keep her in that room, unfortunately. Balthazar came to us one night and warned us that Gabriel and the other angels would be looking for her very vigorously. Trying to get her back so she could open the gates of hell and set Lucifer free.
So until we could keep her out of the radar she was stuck in that panic room. Cas filled us in on what he thought happened too. When he sat us all down after Ellen and Jo left. "She died down in hell and somehow Gabriel made her an angel and removed her memories. I don't know how, but he did. And I want her to remember..." He ran a hand through his hair. We all remembered how much Cas loves her, how hard he took her disappearance.
