She had gotten lost on a shopping trip in the mall for early Christmas shopping.  While screaming 'MARCO!', at the top of her lungs and Sally screaming 'POLO!', she was stopped by Minako Aino, who had asked why she was running. When she told her of her situation, she said she would help her. On the way, one of her friends got her hot cocoa and they helped her to the other side of the store.
