Ibushi has a few secrets as well.

He's transgender (FTM), and also 4 months pregnant.  He had a few FTM surgeries when he was 13, but he kept all his female organs in hopes he would be able to conceive a child. Well, his ex-boyfriend got him knocked up, and after a gnarly breakup, he's now looking for Jeff to tell him the news, even though he knows that what he's trying to do is suicide. His aunt had gotten killed by him when she tried reasoning with him.
