I never looked so good to a man.
Nor so good to a God.
He saw my bones beneath and he smiled and said to me,
"Do not eat the fruits that grows here."
I agreed but with a slight smile.
I knew what I was doing.
This whole time.
My plan is to make them think that he forced me.
Make them think it's an accident on my own end.
I would deny that I did it on purpose.
That I ate the forbidden fruit of the underworld.
He would love me after I did.
He would have to.
Hades would really see the bones beneath.
The bones that ached for him.
The bones that ached for power.
For strength.
For love.
All of that would come from him.
The King himself.
The God of the Underworld.
My lover.
Hades.
