Jungkook's parents forced him to take a couple of days of school, his mother watching his every move and constantly checking on him. He thought it weird as he felt perfectly fine but still, his mother treated him like he was on his deathbed. He really could have asked for anything and she would have given it to him. One morning on his three-day break from school, he decided to escape his mother before she woke up and go for his usual morning run planning to return before she woke up and found him missing.

It was his morning runs that allowed him to clear his head before starting the day, collecting his thoughts. The streets were empty and still illuminated by the street lights, plugging in his headphones he fiddled with his beginning song choice. Going unnoticed by the teenager was the toffee coloured wolf sitting between lush bushes across the street watching him with golden eyes. The wolf's head followed the boy as he begun running down the street,

"Hobi? Where'd you go?" The wolf turned to see his companion or master as some would call it looking around the clearing he had been playing in moments before. His ocean blue hair almost glowing in the rising sun set behind him. Hobi let out a low bark alerting the other to where he was,

"Seriously?" He walked over to the wolf holding a tennis ball in his hand. Joining Hobi on the side of the street he saw what attracted his friend.
"Don't you dare." He glared at the wolf, who smiled and ran off chasing down the runner who was in his own world. Unaware of the wolf running after him and the warlock trying to catch the runaway wolf.

Hobi didn't catch up to the runner instead, he chose following him at a small distance but still fast enough his friend wouldn't catch him. He'd heard so much about the young boy in front of him from his friends that he wanted to see him and maybe play with him. Following the boy down a dirt path through the forest, tongue hanging out the side of his mouth and as he faintly heard the runner's music. That was until he had to abruptly stop as the runner did so as well.

Slowly taking out his headphones Jungkook stood still looking at the wilting flowers leaning against a nearby tree, that had a bronze plaque stuck on to it. He had not planned on running here, no one had really come down this path since the attack. Everyone was afraid of the animal that did it, as the Rangers had not been able to locate or even trace it. Jungkook slowly walked over to the small memorial, reading the name on the plaque before slowly running his hands over the words.

Hobi shifted back into his human form watching the younger slowly move to the plaque,
"Hoseok!" Namjoon whisper shouted as he caught up to his friend. Who quickly shushed him turning back to Jungkook, Namjoon copied his actions just to watch Jungkook fall into a seizure and beginning convulsing on the floor.
"Fuck." Namjoon ran over to the boy with Hoseok following while he panicked.
"What the hell is happening Joon." Hoseok knelt next to his friend who begun reciting incantations to ease the boy's body, which thankfully stopped the seizure and Namjoon check if he was still breathing.
"It's the spell I used on him to force him to forget Taehyung and us but his body is rejecting it," Namjoon explained.

"Rejecting it? That's never happened before, that's not meant to happen." Hoseok looked at the now unconscious,

"Really? I didn't know." Namjoon rolled his eyes before picking up Jungkook in a bridal style carry.
"What are you doing?" Hoseok stood up with his friend.
"Well, I can't help him out here now can I?" Joon began walking further down the dirt path.

Hoseok quickly opened the dark french doors to the old house, as Namjoon followed him.
"Joon? Hobi?" A tired-sounding Jin appeared from the kitchen holding a mug of steaming coffee, his eyes travelled over his friends as they moved to the living stopping on the boy in the warlock's arms. His mug shattered on the floor as he ran into the living room.

"What happened to him?" He looked over the boy as Namjoon set in down on the couch. Hoseok quickly stuffing a pillow under his head.
"It's a very long story, Jin I need you to go get the bottle label JK49 in my office, Hoseok go get a damp cloth he's fucking sweaty," Namjoon commanded taking the boy's phone and headphones setting them on the coffee table and checking his vitals as the other two ran off to get their given items.

After forcing the unconscious boy to drink the greyish green liquid and Hoseok continually dabbing sweat off his body. Which at this point confused him on how it was still being produced.
"Morn-" Jimin stopped upon seeing Jungkook laying on their couch as Jin and Namjoon stood over him and Hoseok kneeling next to the couch.
"It's a long story," Namjoon answered his unasked questioned.
"His mother is going to question where he is. She hasn't let him leave the house in two days. She called the school claiming he was still feeling sick." Jin crossed his arms.
"We'll come up with a solution, he can't leave here until I figure out what to do." Joon ran a hand through his hair walking out of the living.
"So...who's calling dibs?" Jimin looked between the two in front of him."No one is calling dibs! Leave him alone!" Namjoon shouted for the kitchen.
