Spot opened the door quickly and put her down on the sofa. He checked over her body to make sure she was still alive and breathing. She was. He then started to take off parts of her dress so he could see the wounds and gasped at the sight of her back. It was covered in long strips of cuts and scars. He cleaned then bandaged it up best he could and moved around her body to clean and bandage her wounds. He got her an apple and a glass of water for when she woke up and sat on the armchair next to the sofa and waited.
He kept waiting for what felt like centuries for the beautiful blonde in front of him to wake up. Which she soon did after a few hours. Her eyes fluttered opened and her blue pools started to look around before she shot up only to lay back down quickly wincing in pain. Spot was half asleep with an eye open before he jumped up seeing the girls movements. He knelt down next to her and smiled a little just to reassure her, and himself, that she was ok. "Hey try and take it easy for now." He said softly his strong Brooklyn accent shining through as he gently pushed some of her hair behind her ear. Her response was a small nod. That was all he needed form her as he handed over the Apple and water. She took both and took a small sip before taking a bite.
"T-thank you." She stuttered out looking up at him. Her voice was soft yet hoarse with a strong British accent which just made Spot's heart flutter. They sat there and talked for a while just as Venus finished eating. She smiled as she tried to push herself up but Spot told her she could stay the night in the guest bedroom. After some talking she nodded again to show she understood and she thanked him yet again. There was something about her that Spot liked. He wanted to care for this small frail girl in what ever way he could and he was determined to make her smile and laugh.
When it started to get later Spot helped her into her bedroom and to the bed. He laid her down and made sure she was comfortable before he smiled softly. The next movement she did just sent him over the moon. She smiled back softly at him. He loved her smile even though he had only seen it the once. It was perfect. The small dimples to the side of her perfect teeth. Every part of that small smile he loved and the lips were just so kissable. Spot smiled as he closed the door and moved to his room. He pulled out his phone and started to check google for any help with it.
Soulmates was what he found and after some reading he knew that Venus was his. He couldn't be any happier but he knew she probably didn't feel the same. At all. They just met that day but he was determined to get her to like him and that was what he started to do. He was determined to give her the best life imaginable and to make her smile every day.
