I changed into my favorite outfit, a black muscle tank with slashes through the back, grey jeans, and my chained combat boots. I would be helping with the training today because Stalker got a day off and I was the best hand to hand fighter in my camp. I slipped on some black, finger-less leather gloves and walked out of my cabin. As I entered the training area I noticed that there was a new face among them.

"Name?" I stood over the boy, or at least tried to, he was taller. He stepped up further and I could see into his eyes, they showed arrogance and self admiration. He'd have to get over that if he wanted to be a part of this team.

"Snake, you're cute. What's your name?" I scoffed as the boy slipped his arm around my waist. I pulled back and stared him in the eyes.

"I'm Star, and don't even dare try to make another move on me." I went to the front of the group. "Everyone meet up with your sparing partner and fight. New guy, you're with me since you don't have a partner." He smirks and follows me to a shady area for sparing. As I walked off I noticed Cat walk into Stalker's cabin, hmm, wonder what that's about.

I got into my position and stood there waiting for Snake to take position. When he just stood there, I got frustrated.

"Look, I know this is mainly a gunner's camp but you've got to know hand to hand combat too." I spoke loudly, mildly annoyed with his lack of knowledge. He took a weak beginners position and I started to move towards him. I got a few hits on him and he tried to counter them but failed. I swung my leg around kicking his feet out from under him. He fell and landed in a puddle.

"Nice one Blue." He said mockingly. I turned and walked away from him waiting for him to get up. Soon, I felt a pair of wet hands on my waist. I twisted around and punched him in the face.

"What did I tell you about making a move on me?" I snapped. He smirked even though his eye was starting to blacken.

"I like em feisty. Now, what do you say about me and you?" He asked as serious as ever. I looked at him wildly and stepped back. This guy seriously thinks I'd date him. As I looked at him a bit more, I realized that he was kinda cute. Okay, really cute. I backed away further, hoping to escape the conversation, then I realized training was over for the moment, until after break.

"Go along Snake, training's over." I walked away back towards my cabin.Suddenly, I felt his arms around my waist once more and he twisted me around to face him. For a moment it was just awkward staring and then he leaned in and kissed me. I gasped in the kiss and tried to pull back, but his hold was too strong. Then he pulled back and just walked away. I stood there, shocked, for a moment. How could he kiss me and then just walk away? I walked back to my cabin trying to find peace in the moment.

I'd fallen asleep and woken up late at night, so I went outside to sit on my cabin's porch. I noticed Cat slip from Stalker's cabin and was confused. Shouldn't she have gone home a long time ago? I decided to go question him about it. I walked over hoping Cat hadn't seen me. I knocked and he answered the door in clothes that were blood stained. I was a bit reluctant to do anything so I tried to make up an excuse as to why I came over.

"Whats up Star?" He asked and I panicked. I scratched the back of my head.

"Oh um, nothing just wanted to say that Training went well today, the new guy isn't that good at hand to hand though." I took a breath. I blew that one off well.

"Looks like I'm gonna have to assign him some extra one on one sessions with you then." He smiles and I got nervous. I didn't really want to have to face Snake again. But I can't argue with my captain so I just smiled and nodded.

"Okay." I turned and went back to my cabin. What was up with the blood? He didn't look injured at all. Was it Cat's blood? I slipped back into my bed and went to sleep again
