Chapter one {Star's P.O.V}

I wade through the crowd, finding a spot next to a group of girls who were standing a perfectly straight line. Soon, the name calling begins and Cat gets called up. We all cheer.

"Black Cat your Captain is Jagger" Oh my, that was a shock. That's the one captain she didn't want. The voters really do know how to give us a shock.

"Star, join us on stage." I'm awoken from my day dream when my name is called. I walk slowly towards the stage, my heart pounding in my chest. I'm sure the Captains are all reluctant to get the crazy girl. The girl whose actions can't be controlled when she's killing. My blue hair blows around as I stand on stage.

"Star your Captain is Stalker" I cringe. He's the one who was sneaking around the new arrivals cabin the first night I was here. He really does live up to his name. 

His eyes were soft as he walks towards me and holds out his hand. I take his grasp and we shake. Everyone cheers and I cringe again. If I don't get away from the big group, I'm gonna go crazy. And these people won't like that.
