Unexpected Partners

*Noelle's POV*
My other classmates soon arrived. I made small talk with Monster kid, but was soon left alone when Miss Alphys came in who directed everyone to take a seat as class was about to start. Yet, Susie, Kris nor Berdly have arrived. And here is me thinking that Susie might be early for once, guess I was wrong.
I still could not keep Susie out of my head. I so wanted to help her find the thing that she was looking for. I hope she finds it! Though, Suise is just so endearing, I am already feeling flustered by just talking to her!

I was soon interrupted by Kris who asked me to be his partner. He looks more tired than usual, something must be off. I agree to be his partner, as seems Berdly won't be be coming today, but then I worry about Susie. Who will be her partner?
Kris must have sense my troubles as he quietly mumbles that Susie can join to work as a group of three. I jumped at the idea, thinking that this might be the chance to become closer to Susie, and possibly become friends!

*Susie's POV*
I'm late to class, even though I came in early just to find chalk but I didn't feel like being on time. I make a scene where I bust open the door, for all monsters to notice my presence. I don't mind my classmate, but pretty sure they believe that I hate them for just being "rude". Whatever.
The one monster I despise is that nerd bird guy. Berdly was it? I just want to beat the crap out of him, he thinks that he is the shit, but we all know that he is just But he is not here in class today, good.
Then there's Kris. After the whole closet "incident" and falling to a secret world under our school, Kris is a cool guy who needs more attention. But Kris is over by Noelle? I walk over there to see what was going on but was met with Alphys stating that I will be working with Kris and Noelle for a project.

This ought to be interesting...
