My First Kiss

Kellin's P.O.V.

Today's my first day at this San Deigo high school. I don't even know the name of this school. I came here from Michigan and let me tell you, I hated my old house. I hate my father.

When I lived with my dad, he'd always abuse my mom. Every time he tried to put a hand on me, I'd fight back. So after I was alseep, my dad gave me a really bad black eye by punching me, my mom said she was done with him. I hate him so much.

"Kellin! It's time to go!" My mom said.

"Coming mom!" I say back to her. At my old school, I'm known as "a bully", but I never done anything. People would always run from me because I put some guy in the hospital for calling me a 'fag' because I'm gay. Why make fun of someone for that? It's not you now is it? No. So just stop.

"I'll see you later, Kellin!" My mom said. I just got out of the car and started walking into the school.

I was looking down at my schedule and then this guy ran right into me.

"Watch where you're fucking going!" I say to the guy in front of me. He was tall and had tattoos and lip piercing.

"How about you shut hell the up? Kay thanks." Said the guy in front of me.

"Listen here you giant, I'm not gonna take your shit!" I say.

"What are you gonna do about it shorty? Oh yeah. Nothing!" The taller guy says.

"That's it!" I yell and raise my fist to punch this guy in the face and then the teacher ran towards us.

"Mike, and who are you? The new kid? Kellin?" The teacher says. "Office! Now!" He yelled grabbing me by my jacket and this 'Mike' kid by his shirt.

We finally got to the principles office and wait for him to come out and welcome us in. It's been forever and eventually the door opens.

"I'll hope to see you soon, Victor Fuentes." Principle Josh said.

Vic was actually really cute. I wonder if he's gay? WOAH! Kellin! Get ahold of yourself! It's your first day at this school, wait things out.

"Hey Mike! What's up?" Said the short mexican guy that was named Vic.

"Suck here with this loser!" Mike says and points to me. I stand up and yell, "Me? A loser? You're the one who ran into me! Therefore, you're the loser!" I get ready to punch him and at that moment the principle comes out and stops me.

"Kellin, Mike. Please enter." Principle Josh says to me and Mike.

The teacher that brought us here was in the room and told the principle that we both needed to be kicked out for a couple of days, but the principle didn't want that so we both just wanted to deal with it his way.

"So what happend between you two?" Priciple Josh asks.

"I was walking my way up here to the science room when this noob ran into me." Mike says.

"What?! No! That's not what happened! That's a lie!" I yell. The prinicple tried to get me to sit down, but that didn't happen. "What happened is that this jackass walked right into me while I was looking for my class!"

"That's okay. You both have a week of detention starting tonght after school until 5 o'clock. Mike, you'll be up here since your brother, Vic has detention for a week as well." Principle Josh says.

"Oh come on-!" Mike starts to yell as Principle Josh inturupts him.

"No Mike! You and your brother together are no good. You stay up here. Get over it." Principle Josh says and makes us leave. I got showed where my class was and stayed there. The teacher asked who I was and she checked her slip.

"Class, this is Kellin Quinn-Bostwick." Mrs. Joeseph says.

"Quinn." I say.

"Excuse me?" She says.

"My name is Kellin Quinn." I snap back.

"Kellin if you are gonna be disrespectful, then you will be dissmissed from this class." Mrs. Joeseph says back. I just walk out of the class and go to the bathroom. There's a bench and I just sit there for the day. Although, it's only been three hours and I hear the door open. I turn around on the bench so no one will notice me but then something told me to get up and look. I looked up and then there he is. The boy I think I crushed on this morning.

"Hey Kellin." Vic says to me.

"Um.. Hi?" I say back blushing.

"Hey, don't be like that." Vic says back. He reached for my arm and pulled me off the bench. I stood up and backed against the wall. Vic followed.

"What do you want?" I say a bit off

"Are you scared, Kellin?" Vic asks

Vic came so close to me. Was he gay too? What? No! He's just playing with my head because me and his brother faught this morning!

"Do you like guys, Kellin?" He says.

"Yeah, w-why?" I say.

"Because you are really cute." Vic says.

Without me noticing a thing, there it was. Vic Fuentes was kissing me. I pulled back to ask what he was doing, but he slid his tongue on my bottom lip to enter my mouth. I accepted. We stood there for a while. No one walked in the bathroom the whole time we were kissing.

"Why are you doing this? We just met." I say quietly still lip-to-lip with him.

"I like you." Vic says. I step back in shock to the door opening. This guy walked in with a blonde streak and came to Vic.

"Hey what's up Jaime?" Vic says.

"Uhh- what? Tell him to leave!" I say to myself.

"Hey Vic. You gonna hit this kid or what? You said you had to take care of buisness!" Jaime said.

"And I did!" Vic yelled. "See him? He's off limits! That's for you all!"

"Wait, isn't that the kid who tried to hit your brother this morning?" Jaime asked stepping forward towards me. Vic stopped Jaime from coming any closer and nodded. Jaime gave Vic a weird look and walked away. A second later, Mike walked in. His tattoos all over his body, his tallness. It made me mad.

"Vic are you kidding me? You're protecting him after all the shit that went on this fucking morning?" Mike yelled.

"Yeah because he is my boyfriend now," Vic said. All I could do is stare at him. "and what you are going to do is leave him alone. Got it?" Vic finished. Mike looked at me and took a step forward.

"Are you really dating my brother?" Mike asked. I looked at Vic and he told me to say yes. I really want to be with Vic. I don't care if I just met him this morning. I don't care if we just hardcore made out here. He would be my first boyfriend and I feel like he would be here for me even though I don't need him to stand up for me.

"Yeah, I am. Problem?" I say and smile. Mike made an angerd face and pushed me back a bit. I stepped forward and finally punched him in the face. Mike stood up and said, "You're lucky your dating Vic. Otherwise, you'd be dead meat." I smiled and walked over to Vic and kissed him. Vic jumped a little, and started to kiss me back. Then we walked out of the bathroom holding hands and walked to my next class.
