Dan's pov: I woke up in a hospital bed with bandaging around my wrist, I soon realize that there's a lady sat in front of me. She introduces herself as "Sara" she explains to me that she was a phsycotrist for the teen ward she asked me a few things like my name, where I was born just basic things like that then she asked me if I knew why I was here I explained that I do know. She asked me what triggered my thought to self harm and I explained that I lost my mother a short while back and I've been a train wreck since. She explained to me that I was on one to one watch for 72 hours which basically meant someone had to be with me 24/7 even when I use the loo or am asleep if I showed that I'm stable enough to stay safe after this 72 hour period I could go home. Three days usually seems like a short amount of time but when staring at white walls and being babysat by random staff members at all times of the day it seems like infinity. Finally after the three days of boredom to the point of insanity I get cleared to go home. As I'm sitting in a room with Lisa discussing my safety plan for the next couple weeks the nurse brings up a program they have here at the hospital called " help, hope, and healing" she tells Lisa that it be a really good idea for me and that she highly suggest it. So I guess I'm going to a stupid meeting. The ride home was awkward to say at the least but at last we finally got home and I got a big hug from Adrian and I got to choose dinner for that night so the day wasn't all that bad.
