I never lived in a place so open and free, a place where people can live and dance on the streets. it's a place where you wouldn't expect to be but you can't help to see, with so much hope and diversity, there is so much to do in those crowded streets especially for a young person with no responsibility
With so much on the mind and curiosity you just can't help to roam free
Not a care in the world just the strive to be better or the wrong choice will make you a double header
A place that can make you tough
In order to survive the boogie down Bronx yea that'll always strive
Had to learn that lesson I'm not gonna speak my confessions but
The Bronx had me counting my blessings
So much beauty and sorrow in these streets it always made me question if it's where I should be but
No matter what I'll always return to them streets to see the ones I hold dear to me.
