I rubbed my forehead frustratedly, trying to understand what was written on the board. It was such a foreign language, I swear he wasn't even using proper English.
"How do you even understand this shit?" I whispered to Grayson as he dotted notes down speedily.
"Elena," he gave me a funny look, "it's just algebra."
"What do you mean 'just algebra'," I grunted, "I swear it's the devils language."
He laughed lowly so the teacher didn't hear, and moved his book towards mine. He instructed me to write down all that he has; notes, questions, examples and all that jazz. He tried helping me understand, but I just nodded so he felt good.
"You know Gray," I looked at him, pulling him out of his work, "I really love you. You're like a brother to me, and I really look up to you. You're a great guy." I smiled widely at him, and he slowly smiled.
"I love you too," he ruffled my hair, "but why the confessions now?"
I shrugged, "I just felt like I hadn't said it enough."
He nodded slowly, with a strange look on his face. Gosh, I'm going to miss that strange face. That strange, hot face. What? He looks exactly like my boyfriend.
Bell had gone, and we were on our way to our next classes. I hugged Grayson goodbye, which is different to the usual 'see ya at lunch'.
I just want to spend as much time with them as possible. At least I'll spend a few months of senior year with them, right?
I had English studies, but there's not much to say about that, besides catching Ethan every 3 minutes staring at me. Trevor was there too, but he'd found a new hunk to romanticise with, so I let him sit with him. I didn't really mind, though.
Fast forward to lunch now, and I met up with everyone. I feel likes it's been forever since I've seen my girls, and even the boys.
"Why don't we all go out this weekend?" Aaron proposed, tossing his arm around Sasha.
"Sounds good," Lucy nodded, taking a sip of her juice.
"What're you thinking?" Madison nodded, turning her head to face Aaron.
"You know, there's that fair at the beach," I pointed out, raising an eyebrow, "we could go there?"
"Good idea," Ethan pulled me closer to him, and I rolled my eyes playfully.
"Perfect," Sasha smiled, "it's settled." She clapped.
"Shot gun not driving," Grayson called out, crossing his fingers.
"Dibs not," we all said, Nate being the last one.
"It's always me," Nate sighed, rubbing his head.

"I feel like we haven't gone out for a while," Ethan faces me, completely ignoring the fact that the teacher was in the middle of talking, but then again, everyone was ignoring her. Chemistry had really just become a chill lesson."We went out last weekend," I laughed, shaking my head.
"No we didn't, that weekend we were packing for Canada," he raised an eyebrow.
Huh, I could've sworn that was- oh wait, that was three weeks before that.
"Times flying by," I laughed, but inside I was sad. Please, slow down.
"Let's go out tonight," he smiled, taking my hand, "I miss doing that."
"Are you asking me on a date?" I raised my eyebrows, smirking.
