The Gender! Part 2

Part 2 to keep it a secret.

Previously....

Kou:"OKAY OKAY YOU WIN! I WILL SAY IT......"

Present....

Kou:"*Breathes in deep* Y/n and Subaru are gonna have a-"

Just when Kou was about to ruin the surprise.....

Y/n:"The best weekend with the best brothers-in-law ever."

All of them turned to see you in Subaru's arms at the doorway.

Ayato:"Y/n! Subaru! Your early!"
Y/n:"Yep its nice to see you all again! And I see the Mukamis are here too."

You said as you gave them a wink which they instantly gave back.

As you all walked out of the room, you chatted with all your brothers-in-law, while Subaru walked behind with Kou and Ruki.

Subaru:"I bet you are glad we came at the right time. The surprise was almost ruined because of you....!"
Ruki:"Yeah...unfortunately he saw the letter you sent me."
Kou:"So are you gonna tell them now?!"

Subaru then quickly covered his mouth.

Subaru:"Shhh! Shut up will you?! We will tell them later. So you better keep those lips of yours sealed."

(Y/n)'s POV*

Y/n:"Sooo, how are things going around here since Subaru left?"
Ayato:"Oh nothing much... but why are you two here all of a sudden?"
Y/n:"Well, Subaru and I have some big news for all of you."
Kanato:"Really?! What is it?"
Y/n:"Well you all will have to play a riddle game to find out. Subaru and I will meet you all at the end and we will tell you."

You then hand Reiji a list.

Y/n:"Here is a list of all the rooms you have to go to, there you will find one item in each room. Once you found all of them, meet us back at the main room and we will tell you what the big news is."
Reiji:"Understood. Come along brothers."

As all of the Sakamakis left, you, Subaru and the Mukamis head back into the main room to set up everything.

Once you all were done, you all just waited for the Sakamakis to return.

Ruki:"So how is your little one doing? It has only been 1 month."
Y/n:"They are doing fine....."
Kou:"What gender are they?"
Y/n:"I can't tell you, not even your brothers now it's gender."

Subaru then started to rub your stomach.

Subaru:"Thanks again for you guy's help, I am sure our kiddo will appreciate it, even though one of you almost did ruin the whole thing."
Kou:"Hey! At least even if they knew, they wouldn't know its gender..."
Subaru:"Say that again and I will break you neck!"
Ruki:"Shh Subaru! No violence, you do know Y/n is carrying your baby right?!"
Subaru:"Oh yeah. Sorry Y/n..."
Y/n:"Its alright."

Just then,the other Sakamakis entered the room.

Y/n:"Oh I see you guys are back."
Reiji:"Yes but Y/n, the things we found, what do they have to do with anything?"
Y/n:"Well all the things you found had something in common."
Reiji:"Okay so we first found a pacifier..."
Shu:"Then we found a mobile...."
Ayato:"Then we found a stroller...."
Laito:"Then we found a bottle of milk..."
Kanato:"And then we found a small crib..."

They a thought for a moment and then widened their eyes and looked at you and Subaru.
You both nodded and revealed the cake holding the baby's gender.

Y/n and Subaru:"We're having a baby!"

The Sakamakis all stood there in shock as the Mukamis tried to wake them back up.

Shu:"Y-You mean that we are..... "
Y/n:"Yup, you are all going to be uncles."

They all watched as Subaru gently rubbed your still small stomach.
Suddenly they all surrounded you and leaned and kneel down around you stomach. They all took turns to rub your stomach and say sweet things to your baby.
As Reiji rubbed your stomach, he asked,

Reiji:"May we know its gender?"
Y/n:"Yes."

You and Subaru then cut opened the cake and the colour revealed was half pink and half blue. The brothers were confused at first until Subaru says,

Subaru:"*smirk* I am sure the babies are very lucky to have many loving uncles."

They all got a shock, not only are you and Subaru having a baby, you two are having twins. Let alone being one boy and one girl. They all couldn't be happier.

As the rest of them are talking about plans for the new baby, you noticed Kou patting himself on the head. You walked up to him.

Kou:"I can't believe I actually keep the secret."
Y/n:"Yes you did Kou, thank you. Was it too much trouble?"
Kou:"Piece of cake~."
Subaru:"As if, you almost ruined it."
Y/n:"Anyway, I can't wait to meet our little ones."
Subaru:"Me too Y/n, me too."

So Kou did end up keeping the secret a surprise afterall. So Subaru will let him live another day....
