Anonymous asked: Imagine Shawn braiding his daughters hair and it actually turns out decent. And he becomes all smug about it and he grabs his daughter and brings her to you to show her braid to you. And your daughter pretends to like it but as soon as he is out of the room she turns to you and says. "Mommy please fix it"

Shawn looks down at his daughters brunette locks admiring his handy work as he ties the end of hair with a hair tie. 

"All done sweetie" he says as as he happily lifting her off the bathroom counter and turning her towards the mirror in his arms so she can check out her braid.

"I like it daddy" she says kissing his cheek as a thank you.

Shawn has a smug look on his face happy with her reaction.

"Let's go show it to mommy" he said walking out of the bathroom.

They find you in the living room curled under a blanket lost in the book you were reading.

"Hey honey" he said gaining your attention.

"Emily has something to show you"

He said setting his daughter down as she walked up to her mom climbing the couch as turning her head to show off her braid to her mom.

"Did you do this?" You asked Shawn looking up at him.

He nodded his head, a proud look on his face.

"It looks good babe" you said running your hand over the braid.

"Good?" he said with a playful scoff.

"I've outdone myself and Emily loves it!" Don't you honey?" he questions gaze meeting her brown eyes that were a copy of his own.

"I do daddy. Thank you" she said nodding her head happily.

"See" he says with a smug smirk.

You raised your hands in surrender a smile on your face.

"I didn't say anything. But you might even be better than me babe" you say with a chuckle.

Once he is satisfied at your answer he wonders off towards the kitchen to make lunch for all of you.

As soon as he is out of the room your daughter turns to you with a pleading look on her face.

"Mommy please fix my hair"

"What? Sweetie I thought you said you liked it" you reply

She shook her head a frown on her lips

"I just didn't want to hurt daddy's feelings". she says making you  laugh out loud at her cute reply  as you asked her to move in closer so you can do her hair over again.
